I called and talk to Eric Bukhari over the phone and he gave me the deal of the century. I’m the type of person that will travel to save some money, and the people at Brown’s Manasses Subaru save me a lot of money on the phone when I called, Friendly, courteous, helpful and what ever they could do to make my new car buying Experience easy and pleasurable as possible. All of my questions were answered and information was passed to me with no delay. Friendly staff, clean show-room and very local to where I live (important). Finance employee was very pleasant and efficient. The process was rapid and concise. No hard selling. The salesman I worked with, Eric Bukhari, was particularly helpful and came across as honest and helpful. He has 16 years as a salesman, so I was happy to work with someone who likely holds some clout as an employee in the dealership too. Eric "gets it." More

On entering your dealership I was immediately greeted by staff. Babu, the salesman contact from your online site, greeted me as a friend and was prepared with info on the car I requested. He listened to me and explained only as much as I wanted to hear. There was no hard sell or leaving me waiting long periods for quotes and details for my purchase. I ordered my car and received it much faster than anticipated. This was the least stressful buying experience for a car, new or used, that I have ever had. Thank you for the Brown's experience and helping me purchase my beautiful, new Impreza Sport. More
Excellent customer service from Trish Trish took the initiative to see if she could get my GPS to work. By removing the SD card, she was successful.
