He also laid out many options that were available to us. After we came home unfortunately without making a purchase, he followed up with us each and every day though email,phone, and text. This is the first time that I had to finance a car. Ankush was a godsend. Patrick (?) had the car I wanted tranfered here-which was perfect for me. It was a little chaotic in the dealership. I just bought my first car from them. Ankush walked me through the process well, and he had no problem slowing down when I needed more explaination about something. I just purchased my second car from Browns Nissan in Dulles and yet again they were the upmost professional and courteous group! I didn’t just return because my last purchase was a seamless one…I did my Dulles and yet again they were the upmost professional and courteous group! I didn’t just return because my last purchase was a seamless one…I did my due diligence and shopped around at numerous dealers. What I found was that nobody could match the level of care, attention to details, and commitment to making sure I understood the different program/payment options. I honestly think that my sale was the most seamless transaction. My sales rep, Elliotte Adams, was great to work with and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. And the rest of the team was equally wonderful and I never felt pressured or belittled in any way (I can’t say the same about a few of the other dealerships). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car (the first car I bought was used and this one was new…so I’ve dealt with both sides of the team). I found the Quest from Brown's Nissan website and went there for test drive. Elliotte Adams was the person to help me. He is a great person and easy to work with. I absolutely regret buying my car from this dealership. My nightmare is long and detailed, so I'll hit the highlights. I found irregular paint (drips, scratches and overspray) within 24 hours of taking delivery of my new car. General sales manager Patrick blamed it on shipping damage that was NOT noticed by the dealership. So... shippers paint over their own booboos?? My car was repainted TWICE by Ashburn Collision Center. The first time the paint job looked as if they were training a blind person in the middle of a dirty field with a can of spray paint. After complaining to Ashburn Collision Center, they still didn't get it 100% right. I just got tired of dealing with this nightmare. My first 3 weeks of owning my car, it was "at the shop" for 2 weeks. The rip in the steering wheel while the car was out of my possession was just the icing on the cake. After arguing with Patrick's replacement because he was "on vacation for 2 weeks" about fixing the steering wheel (yes they wanted to "fix" the tear... what does that mean... electrical tape??) it only took 3 times to get the new wheel on straight. At least the tech said he was sorry. Here I am almost 2 months later and I've now noticed a paint chip that in the wheel well that was touched up with bright white paint. Wonders who did that?? My car is not bright white. Patrick never did call to apologize about what happened with my car. I don't have any major complaints about Isaac our salesman. I mean he didn't really have to sell us on the car. The Maxima sells itself. I just wish he hadn't gone on and on about being concerned about his ratings on the Nissan survey once the whole car buying experience for me had soured. You still want to buy a car from this dealership after reading my review? Look over every inch of the car in every light possible with a magnifying glass. You may be surprised with what you find. *************** Edited to add that paint came off while washing the front bumper tonight!! Called Brown's, talked to Patrick. Thumbs down to his I don't give a $hit what has happened to your car after the sale attitude. Again still no apology. He even told me to not bring the car in tomorrow on a Saturday because he'd be "busy". Heaven forbid you help someone after the sale. You may have my money, but I'll make sure I can deter everyone I can from buying any car from your dealership. Don't worry... I'm taking the car to D and V to have it painted properly... $700 out of my own pocket. More

We were constantly communicating for several days and she was committed in helping me out with my situation. She certainly went above and beyond to provide the best customer service and was always understanding throughout the entire process. Furthermore after having an idea of how much I would be able to finance, she partnered me with Salesperson Isaac Solomon who was a true gentlemen. He was not pushy, but instead extremely helpful. Ultimately in the end I ended up purchasing a vehicle that I felt I would not have been able to buy. All in all, I recommend Browns Sterling Nissan and thank them for having employees like Isaac and especially Jessica. Service like that is hard to come by in any industry. And yes, I will be a customer for life! More

Patrick went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best deal for my trade in. I got an amazing deal on my Altima and couldn't be happier with our choice to return to Brown's Nissan. To make our experience even better was dealing with Jessica, her and Patrick made the finance process go very smoothly. I felt as though I was getting great advice from a friend or family member versus a sales team. I always tell people I love Nissan for one reason or another, but I would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal, amazing customer service, and a team that is knowledgeable in all they do to go to Brown's Sterling Nissan. I have returned to them for over 10 years for all my vehicle needs for this very reason. More
