The entire sales team at Browns Nissan was beyond helpful and provided a non pressured atmosphere to look at my soon to be new vehicle. The sales manager James was just as helpful, assisting me with lining up some aftermarket paintwork and an audio install. The vehicle was kept safe at all times and communication was excellent. I can honestly say this was one of the best buying experiences I have had. Hats off to them! More

I became a new Customer of Brown's Fairfax in April 2010, and purchased a new 2010 Nissan Murano. The entire sales process from start to finish was top notch and I dealt with Mario & Abdi in this transa and purchased a new 2010 Nissan Murano. During the past 2 years I have taken my Nissan to Brown's for oil changes and maintenance, and the service staff (Tom O'Connell) have been excellent to work with. I now know why they say that Brown's Fairfax is #1. Today, I was in on routine maintenance and decided to try out the new 2012 Murano. Once again, I dealt with Mario and Abdi in this transaction, and was for a 2nd time extremely pleased in the transaction. I also dealt with the finance mgr, Jad Kadili, who was very thorough in his explanation of the process and extremely efficient. I do have a little mileage on my years now, and have dealt with several other dealerships......who while not bad, were not exceptional like Brown's Fairfax. I will continue to go to Brown's Fairfax for my auto needs, even though it is a good 30 minute drive from my home. There are other Nissan dealerships that are closer to me, but it is worth the extra drive. In today's ever changing business environment, it is refreshing to find a company like Brown's Fairfax who care about their customers and treat their customers like they are #1. More
I went to this dealership and was treated very well, like my business was wanted and i didn't feel like the representative was just trying to make a sale. Before buying my new car, I visited many dealerships, including the Fairfax Nissan. What annoyed me the most was as soon as I left, the salesman that I had dealt with, would be blowing up my phone with c including the Fairfax Nissan. What annoyed me the most was as soon as I left, the salesman that I had dealt with, would be blowing up my phone with calls. When I started ignoring the calls, I would get emails. It was super annoying. Anyway, when I went to Nissan in Fairfax, I worked with Joe. I told him that I wasn't looking to buy straight away (my dad was buying me the car- I just wanted to look around and figure out what I wanted), and that I would give him a call when we were ready. When I left, I was expecting to get a call or email asking when I was coming back in. BUT, I didn't. He left me alone and then once I was ready I went back and got my Altima coupe. The whole process was so easy, and actually fun. It was quick and he got my parents an EXCELLENT deal. Joe was very helpful- definitively my best car buying experience! Now, 2 weeks after buying my car, I had a minor issue with the USB port. I took it back, and Joe was able to get me in this week to have it fixed, and is even getting me a rental, so I don't have to wait while they are working on it. Joe is such a nice guy and very helpful- he does his job well :) More

Great Experience! I started shopping for a vehicle several weeks ago. I searched online and found several dealerships in the local area. Then it was time to put boots on the ground and visit each one. several weeks ago. I searched online and found several dealerships in the local area. Then it was time to put boots on the ground and visit each one. Sounds easy enough, right? This was the first time I had ever searched for and bought a brand new vehicle. In total I visited 6 places, Brown's Nissan in Fairfax being the third. One place I visited didn't listen to ANYthing about what I wanted in my vehicle. Instead they tried to sell me a completely different one because they "thought" they new what I needed. But I had been communicating with Brown's via email, and "Mr. K" in particular. He was very helpful via email, listening to exactly what I wanted and eventually finding it for me. When I called on the phone to talk, he always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. He was very helpful, extremely courteous and always listened to exactly what I had to say. I wasn't a difficult customer but I did make some suggestions regarding my new vehicle and Mr. K was on top of it each time. When I finally did go in to see him, he greeted me like a long lost friend, and this wasn't even the visit to get my vehicle. He completely understood that I wasn't able to purchase at that moment and wished me the best. I waited a week, visited a couple of other dealerships, then went back in to see Mr. K. He had located my vehicle, exactly as I described. Although I had to wait a day for them to procure it from their other location, they provided me with an awesome courtesy car. Mr. K treated me and my family like we were part of his own family. He worked with the finance guys for an awesome deal on my new vehicle, and even got me an extra $1500 for my trade-in! All in all I have to say that I have been very happy and extremely pleased with Mr. K as my salesperson. Brown's Nissan in Fairfax is lucky to have him, and if you do go there, my advice would be to deal with Mr. K. More
This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had! The sales people here (I saw others interacting with customers as well) are the ultimate in Not Pushy! Bryce really knew his cars, and could tell us about gas mileage on vehicles off the top of his head! He showed us more cars than he needed to, really wanting to make sure that we were happy. He intelligent and friendly, and I plan on doing business with him again in the future. The finance manager was wonderful as well, and got us a MUCH lower rate than we had been quoted at another dealership (our credit is less than perfect, and we were very happy with the rate he got us!) The car we got was reasonably priced for the area as well. I highly recommend the sales team at Brown's! More
They sold me a broken car. I owned it for 3 months and it spent 1 month in their shop. They refused to give me my money back. When they finally got the car running, I immediately took it to CarMax where it spent 1 month in their shop. They refused to give me my money back. When they finally got the car running, I immediately took it to CarMax where a trustworthy salesman sold me an equally trustworthy car. Even though they offered thousands less than I payed for it, it was still more money than Brown's offered me for a car they could not fix. They did not return my call requesting reimbursement for the 3 weeks of rental car fees. Their "inspection" is bogus. They are unresponsive once they have your money. Go anywhere but here. More
I went to Brown's Nissan to look at trucks. I was not planning on buying one, just went to look at what they had. After being greeted by Deepak, a very firendly and likeable salesmen, he showed me what planning on buying one, just went to look at what they had. Deepak was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and its capabilities. He showed me all that it could do. I have to say, that he was never once pushy or arrogant. After the test drive, I was ready to leave. We did begin talking about prices. I explained to them that my 2010 Nissan Altima was already paid for and that I had just come to look. But, they were good about asking me what it would take for me to drive that new truck off the lot. I gave them a hypothetical scenario, and to my surprise they came real close in matching it with an offer. The trade-in value they gave me for my Altima was very acceptable and the dealership's manager was professional even when going a little beyod what he was originally comfortable with as far as lowering the price to an affordable level. All in all, my experience with the dealership and the customer service team, especially Deepak, was excellent. I now have a brand new truck, which I love, and will go back to this dealership in a heartbeat when it's time for a new vehicle. Thank you Brown's Nissan. More
