I gave customer service a 5 overall because of the sales manager James. That guy is great. Very knowledgeable, and no bs. He even recommended against an option on a 370z because he knew it was crap. He will get you the best deal he can, and has in the past beat every other dealer's prices. I got my Z for 2600 under invoice and haven't had any issues. They also let me charge $10k to my credit card (for CC points), which other dealers weren't willing to do. Overall Browns Nissan is a great dealer. More
I was very pleased with my entire experience. I had contacted a number of Nissan dealers in the Northern Virginia area and I got the same dishonest sales pitches every single time. A lot of people I spoke with flat out lied to me to try to get me in the door. From day one the people that I worked with at the Fairfax Nissan were straight forward and honest. I worked mostly with James who was friendly, attentive and most of all he was very patient with me. I wanted to wait until I found the perfect car, with all the right features, at a price I was comfortable with...and he worked with me through the entire process. It took me 6 months to find the right deal for me, and when I did James & Min made it happen within a couple of hours! They even went out of their way to get me the car I wanted from a neighboring dealership. If I ever know anyone looking for a Nissan, I will send them straight to the Fairfax dealership and tell them to not even bother with the rest. More
I actually came in for service on my 2008 Xterra and ended up trading for a 2010 Xterra SE. I love this vehicle and I loved my previous Sentra and Murano. I will be a Nissan buyer forever and will alw ended up trading for a 2010 Xterra SE. I love this vehicle and I loved my previous Sentra and Murano. This is a followup update to our original review. Chris Kraus was superb on this followup. We were missing the toggle hooks in the Cube when we purchase it and he said he would order replacements for us an Kraus was superb on this followup. Chris took the time to keep in touch by email and phone all this time. Imagine that, I already had the car, the original sale was done and all that was outstanding was these really little toggle hooks. My past experience with other dealership in another State up north a bit, I would of given up seeing these things or hearing back. But not with Chris. This is an example of honest to goodness customer service. He mailed us what he thought were the toggle hooks for the cube. Nope wrong type of hooks we told him. No problem, he ordered the correct type of hooks. They came in but were multi-colored he said in his voicemail message he left for us, we were looking for the standard black toggle hooks. No problem, he keep in touch, sent back the colored hooks and got us the black standard toggle hooks that goes with the Nissan Cube. He called us a couple of days later, my wife went to pick them up at her first oil change (free complimentary first oil change too) and returned to him the wrong ones that he sent originally. All this over several weeks, but you know what, it didn't matter cause he kept in touch via phone and email as to the status. I'm impressed and appreciate his thoughtfulness and forever a happy Fairfax Nissan Cube customer. More

Wow, what a refreshing group of folks to deal with. Fairfax Nissan is a real down to earth Dealership. I felt so comfortable and at ease in dealing with Fairfax Nissan. I was looking for a Moss Green Fairfax Nissan is a real down to earth Dealership. I felt so comfortable and at ease in dealing with Fairfax Nissan. I was looking for a Moss Green Nissan Cube to match my Box turtles. LOL. But really I was doing alot of searching via Internet first, looking at Edmunds.com and other sites to know a bit more first and visited other Nissan dealerships as well. I actually had test drove the Cube at another Dealership at a whim. I was asking for quotes via emails at various dealerships, but let me tell you, James kept in touch with me via emails and we went back and forth on stock number and similar configurations for several days cause I was looking for a specific configuration on the Cube with other dealerships as well to find a great deal. The first car he offered a real great crazy price but was sold the very next day and I thought okay that's the end of that deal. But you know what? He was the only dealer that proactively stayed in touch with me, and got back to me and found another similar model I was looking for and we did some more dealings via emails for another crazy price. We talked invoice, taxes, processing fees, and OTD. He was very courteous in all his emails and my wife and I felt he was really sincere and worked very hard to get my business. When I finally called him, I felt this person was very straight up with me and knew how customers felt about buying a car. Buying a car is an investment and not like buying a daily cup of coffee. So when I finally decided to come in to look at the car, it was late in the evening and he was getting the car in. There I met Chris Kraus at the dealership. He walked me patiently thru all the paperwork and never rushed me as I was reading thru the paperwork and asking questions about why this and why that. He was patient, super polite and took time to explain it to me. Finally I met the charming Jannet Allison, who was the GSM. She was very professional, friendly and helpful about how I would pay for the car and we signed the contract for the price as agreed to. She explained everything very clearly to me and took care of all the paperwork for us to drive the car off the lot that evening. Chris then took over to go over the car with my wife and me, installed the license plate, helped looked for bungee cords that was part of the car, and also for the toggle hooks. He looked very hard for it, we found the bungee cord, but not the toggle hooks. So he said he would get them to us via mail. It was now like 11:30PM before we drove off with the Cube. Never did I felt that they were rushing us out because it was so so late. More

Gregory always kept in contact with me, never made a promise he couldn't keep, listened to my needs as a customer, dealt with questions and concerns, delivered accurate vehicle and product information, went above and beyond with his helpfulness even if there was no immediate profit in the deal and went the extra mile to ensure quality customer service. Gregory had a great deal of empathy for my situation, especially since I was a first time buyer. He is able to communicate effectively and is able to match his promises with the company’s guarantees. When handling business with Gregory, he always puts the customer first and negotiates customer needs with company needs. He has a clear understanding of budget and will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. The most important quality Gregory has is patience. He understands it is a big investment to purchase a used or new vehicle. He develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Gregory also provides timely feedback to senior management regarding customer needs to ensure you are 100 % satisfied with your visit and or purchase. My finance manager was Massood Fahad. Massood as well as Gregory delivered outstanding customer service and 100 % customer satisfaction. Massood adhered to the standard of professional ethics and was respectful to me as his customer. He was knowledgeable of state regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act. Massood booked out deals accurately and never misrepresented equipment. He maintained confidentiality of customer information and maintained good lender relations. Since I was a first time buyer, he went over all the paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for 100 % customer satisfaction, which all should if making a big investment, such as buying a vehicle. I have never had car deals in US. That was my first experience and it was horrible. I would not recommend this dealership and especially be careful when you fill out and signed forms. I find it out at home when started look at papers. Actually I did not know that AWD cars has a mark on the back. But sales man Paul presented as AWD, may therefore I did not care. So extra thousand - good lesson! Manager Janet and finance man Rhashid made mistakes in buyers order and I have been compelled go back from my bank twice. I could not change a car, because they said it is illegal in Virginia even it was on the next day. Their finance man was rude as I never seen in US and could not explain how they gave me FWD instead of AWD and why price is higher for this FWD that I bought. More
I bought my car a few months ago here, and i found their dealership to be the best of the 8 or so that i visited. I test drove one, and found the salespeople to be very helpful and knowledgeable. the cars almost sold themselves, but i was told how to use the different options on the car, and what to do if problems arose. The particular car i was looking at was out of my budget, and they were willing to lower it so that i could afford it. I really appreciate the service here. i also inquired about the certified Nissan warranty, and was able to get it on my car for little cost. I also wasn't able to receive the car right away, and had to wait in order to secure my funds, they were more than happy to hold the car until i was ready. I would say that this was the only pleasant experience i have ever had with a dealership, and I am extremely pleased with my new car. More
