Whole Process took 2H 45 Minutes from start to finish. Finance manager was a decent guy. Min ( the salesman) was excellent. Dealership was busy so they called in a second Finance manager to handle the extra work. I was not rushed in any way, nor was I overly pressured. I have been wanting to buy a truck for the last couple months and I finally did. I went to Brown's Nissan in Fairfax and they took very good care of me. When I arrived on the lot I walked to through the front doors and was met by Michael Clemmons right away. He asked what he could do for me and I explained what I was looking for in a truck. He was extremely knowledgeable about all Nissan products but also a lot on his competitors. At no time did he bash them, he actually gave me the best knowledge that he knew of for every truck I was considering. Once I knew I was getting the Nissan Frontier, I knew it would come down to price. I was surprised at the very good deal they offered right away. I went with a number in my head and they got very close to it. After a little negotiating Mr. Abdi (Manager) came out to meet me and asked how much I really liked the vehicle and I told him that "I love the Frontier" and that it is a matter of "working the numbers now". He asked what I wanted to pay for the car and be happy. I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen. I was so impressed with my visit of Brown's Fairfax that I have taken 2 frieds back there and they bought from Brown's as well. Brown's gave them an incredible deal as well. I will actually be taking two more people there this weekend who want to buy if they can get the offer they want which I am sure Mr. Abdi will do everything he can to get them what they want. Brown's now has me as a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!! More
Without question, I recommend this dealership and Abdi and Min and James. I searched every dealership in Maryland and Northern VA for the best price. They beat everyone else's price, hands down, with no hassle, for my new 2010 Altima. Abdi gave me a price over the phone and promised he would be true to his word. I was very skeptical because of the experiences I had during the week with other dealers who kept me hostage for hours. I finally made it to the dealership late Friday night, and there was NO PROBLEM. Abdi even had a Sprite and a Twix bar waiting for me! My trade was accepted without a problem and I was given an excellent deal. Min went over every feature in the car in detail - something other dealer's had not done - and the car was spotless when I took possession. Seriously, these guys are tops. I can see why they have the rating that they do on this site, and although I was very skeptical, I had nothing to worry about. No one can touch their prices, customer serivce, and care. There was no issue, no problem. There was no hassle with the finance office, no hassle with the typical aftermarket sales, no hassle with ANYTHING. Do NOT go anywhere else - talk to other dealers, sure, but you will end up buying from Abdi and Brown's Fairfax. I drove 65 miles home last night with a safe, awesome, new car at a phenomenal price. It was a wonderful experience, and they were 100% true to their word. Cannot recommend more highly. More
I was torn between the Jeep, the FJ and the Xterra. I walked to Nissan in Fairfax after talking to many other dealerships and from the start they provided a great price. I dealt mostly with Mr. Deepak Ahuja and I must say he was extremely patient, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Obviously we all have a stereotype of car salesmen, but with that said, I knew he was trying to make business but in an honest and straight forward way. Through tough negotiation, I got the deal I wanted and am extremely pleased, no regrets and if I had the money to buy another car I would defintely go back and deal with Mr. Deepak Ahuja. I am a true Subaru fan, head to toes, I own an STi and I do not regret buying a Nissan as my second car and it was a great pleasure working with them. If you read nothing else, read this: If you want a Nissan, then go to Brown's in Fairfax, find Deepak Ahuja and get down to negotiating and I am sure you will walk out with the new toy. I will enjoy every momemnt of my Xterra! More

Abdi provided a quote over email and delivered on the deal without a hitch. He provided the absolute lowest price possible for the vehicle I took delivery of. The transaction itself was very smooth. Everybody that I dealt with during the time I was there we very helpful. Most of my research and communication was done over the internet and James was very good at responding and getting me the items that we very helpful. All the other dealers wouldn't give me a straight answer but James did. I didn't have to haggle with him over price either. The first one he gave me was better than all the other dealerships by far. If I'm in the market for another Nissan i will be coming back here. More

James in particular sent several emails that keep me interested. When he mentioned a base price, I decided to go into the dealership the following Monday. Paul Goode worked very patiently and kindly with me in the dealership, explaining everything I needed to know - no pressure. I appreciated that and the thorough test drive we took. I had previously promissed to visit another dealership to see if they could beat Brown's price, and though Paul was disappointed he couldn't keep me, he let me go with no unpleasantness. The other dealer couldn't match Brown's price, and I was glad to come back to buy the car from Paul. I had pretty much assumed that I'd use my Credit Union financing, and was pleasantly surprised when Paul pointed out that I could probably do better with Browns. In fact, Hiwa (hope that's right) found a lower rate and explained it all quickly and thoroughly - and again in a friendly manner. It's great that the tags are already installed. I cannot think of any way the service could have been better. I am grateful to the Browns team I worked with. More
