I thought everything about this dealership was nice. The sales people, the cars, the building. I bought a used car that was in great shape and a good price i recommended this dealership to anyone. sales people, the cars, the building. He was extremely helpful without being the least bit pushy. He never made me feel like I was less important than the other customers that he was working with, even though my purchase was without a doubt on the low end of the cost spectrum. He worked hard to get me into the car I wanted on the very restrictive budget I had. This was the first car that I had ever purchased on my own and he made the experience painless. By the way, I purchased my car in May and am still loving my little white Mazda every bit as much as the day I drove it off the lot! More

This was my first new car purchase. I have been to car dealerships before with my father when I was younger, so I already had my guard up because I know how aggressive car salespeople can be. But to my s dealerships before with my father when I was younger, so I already had my guard up because I know how aggressive car salespeople can be. But to my surprise Brown's Nissan Fairfax was nothing like I thought it was going to be. I was greeted upon arrival by Mr.Rahman my salesperson. The entire staff was very easy going. At no point in time did I feel pressured to buy. I went in to the dealership after looking at a few cars that I had seen on their online site. I was not completely sure on what I really wanted. Mr.Rahman took his time showing me what I wanted to see and also made suggestions. I finally ended up on a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 SE coupe. The purchasing experience was excellent. I felt like I was among friends. The finance manager was willing to work with me on the monthly payment that I had in mind. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I definitely bought happy. More
Salesman Jay was great. Salesmanager Abdi was terrible. They try and add a $498 "dealer accessories/detailing/maintenance" fee on top of the price of the vehicle, the mandated VA $389 Documentation Fee and They try and add a $498 "dealer accessories/detailing/maintenance" fee on top of the price of the vehicle, the mandated VA $389 Documentation Fee and Tax, Regs and Tags for stuff you really don't need, like pinstripes and wheel-locks, among other things. So basically when you think you have agreed on a price of the vehicle they add this fee on top to make more profit. Anyways management will NOT budge on this. I stepped outside and called another dealer that guarunteed my price for the same vehicle and said they would not add any additional fees. In fact when I asked the other dealer about this they said "Oh you must be at Brown's..." I went back inside with this information and told the manager that another dealer had accepted my price without this dealer accessories charge nonsense. Abdi refused, and was a litte rude, playing the bad guy. I really felt bad for Jay who had done a great job cause he lost out on the deal and a comission. I went to the other dealer and had a much better experience and got a new car. Be advised. If you use Brown's don't let them try to add any dealer accessories or maintenance fees, you are not obligated to pay for it. Or, just use another dealer. My .02 Cents. More

Offered him a price on the car and after five minutes there was a counter-offer which was extremely fair and we got the car. Jad in the finance department was great as well. I highly recommend Brown's Fairfax Nissan and especially recommend Edwin Rodriguez! More

First of all, went to/called many dealers in and around the DC area with many quotes and dealers saying the exact car we wanted was there, however when we got there it was not exactly the car or they would the DC area with many quotes and dealers saying the exact car we wanted was there, however when we got there it was not exactly the car or they would have to get it which was fine but they only were willing to get the car after the price was negotiated. Which in my opinion was bogus. (should tell you that we traveled 140 miles each way to get down to that area) Actually stopped at a few of those dealers as well but nobody was really willing to negotiate like they claimed. Walked out of 4 dealers prior to stopping at browns nissan in fairfax. I spoke with Dipak Regmi on the phone before stopping and once there we met him and he was new but very nice and was willing to help the best he could. He was very busy so he introduced us to another gentleman that was going to help out (cant remember his name) but he was not very friendly and we were basically ready to walk out because of him. While I was walking over to get my keys the sales manager James Suthard walked out and introduced himself and asked me to sit down and talk to him. Once we sat down he went above and beyond to help out and make the numbers we wanted to pay work out. He was very open and honest about the numbers and turned the computer screen to show everything he was doing and how the numbers worked. Very nice guy and very professional. I prefer someone to tell me like it is, not be political about things and I have to say he was very good at being open. I recommend James and the dealer 100%. I'm sure after I submit this review there will be something I forget to say but just know it was an awesome experience. They turned my past negative buying experiences and the beginning of this experience into a very positive one. Overall the experience was awesome at browns nissan fairfax. More
An outstanding group of people at this dealership. They worked with me to find a good car on my budget, a package that fit my needs (without the stuff I didn't), and even helped me find a color I didn't ev worked with me to find a good car on my budget, a package that fit my needs (without the stuff I didn't), and even helped me find a color I didn't even know I wanted until they showed it to me! Sharon was fantastic! Very professional and has continued to help me even after the sale was complete. She also helped me find some rebates for the car I was looking for that really sealed the deal. Very dedicated people here. More
