The service that I received was exceptional! Other places had told me that a number of different items needed to be replaced on my car but as it turns out they were completely wrong. Browns brought me back and showed me exactly what the cause of the problem was and even gave me a number options as to ways to go about fixing it. It truly pays to take your vehicle to the professionals at Browns Mazda service instead of the amatures who seem to be just guessing. More

I have had my Mazda serviced twice at this dealership and their customer service is outstanding. David had the paperwork ready as I stepped in the door. He explained what needed to be done and we discussed their customer service is outstanding. David had the paperwork ready as I stepped in the door. He explained what needed to be done and we discussed some issues that I had going on. He updated me regularly on the work being done and how long it would take. My car was washed inside and out, which I have definitely not experienced at other garages when servicing a car. The car wash is a huge bonus and so appreciated. I was over a barrel because my old car was unreliable and I was leaving on a long-distance car trip in a few days. I had been looking for a car for a while but due to a family emergency had to put it off for a while. We agreed on a price and shook hands on it. Of course before he did that he said he had to "check with his manager" and supposedly he had signed off on it as well. Both Anthony and I signed a piece of paper that included the out-the-door price. He left with that piece of paper and I never saw it again. Anthony returned with more paperwork. I started going through the maze of numbers on the new paperwork and noticed it was $75 more than the number we had agreed to (we had agreed to a nice round number "out the door"). I had already signed a couple pages before I noticed it. When I asked about it he said, "Oh, no, you have to give me some money back, I can't give it to you for that price." He would just repeat that over and over. He pointed out that I had already signed the first couple of pages so we had a deal and he was going to hold me to it. I pointed out we had signed on a different piece of paper with the real price and he said something along the lines of, "Well, you don't see that paper now do you?" I told him this was ridiculous and asked to talk to the manager. He said the manager wasn't available any more, that he had gone home. The dealership had officially "closed" about an hour before this and the only people left in the showroom were us and some guy pulling the cars out for the day. I guess at that point I could have walked around shouting for someone but I felt trapped. He already had my signature on at least a couple pieces of paper and he had already said he would put the paperwork through even if I left right then. I'm not really sure if that would be legal but I was exhausted and didn't feel like I had any other options. We argued for a while but in the end I signed the rest of the papers. I guess that probably wasn't the right decision but what would you have done in my situation? I figured it was only $75, I was exhausted after hours of haggling and cajoling, and I didn't have the heart or energy to fight any more. I complained about the price switch with the financing guy he dragged up from the back but he said he didn't have anything to do with that side of things. I would definitely not recommend Brown's Mazda. I guess used car prices are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. More

I highly recommend Browns for vehicle service, their work is quality, I never have any issues with the service they provide. Their work is easy to schedule at my convenience, a real plus for me. Their work is always done in a timely manner, they are fast at getting quality service done. I think Greg Harmon is great to work with. He is one of the few service reps I've ever worked with that is proactive. I think he is honest and has integrity in dealing with me. I trust him, can't say much more than that. He works to get me what I want/need, not what the dealer needs. Our cars run great, and I have to spend very little time to get and keep them that way thanks to Greg. Channon Payne More
I just graduated from college and needed a car. I saw the spirited green Mazda 2 online and new that this was the car. There were 3 dealerships in my area that supposedly had this specific car, includin the spirited green Mazda 2 online and new that this was the car. There were 3 dealerships in my area that supposedly had this specific car, including Brown's Fairfax. When I went to Brown's they no longer had the car in stock, but said they could bring it in the next day. I should mention that my mother came with me to help purchase the car, and Patrick and the other Mazda employees were really, really patient with us. The next day Patrick called to let me know that the car had arrived as planned. It wasn't until I got there that I heard how much trouble Patrick, in particular, went through to get my spirited green Mazda 2 (because I had to have this specific car). Patrick had gone to pick up the car (from a location a few hours away), driven it all the way to Brown's in Fairfax only to realize that the number of miles on the car would not be acceptable. He drove all the way to return the car and pick up another one that had only 50 miles. The patience and dedication to help me get the car shown by Brown's Fairfax Mazda throughout the above process is why I give them such a high rating. More

I have been using the service department and same service representative for many years and find the quality and service excellent. My overall experience has been very favorable. I think to have a good servi representative for many years and find the quality and service excellent. My overall experience has been very favorable. I think to have a good service experience, I have to have a service representative that understands what I prefer and I can develop a trust in the service representative, in turn. Greg, has been excellent, for me, for a long time, consistent and good. I have not been over-promised or under-delivered. The diagnostic work has been very good and provided me with answers that I needed to make a decision about what and when repairs are needed. I have been driving a Mazda-brand cars since 1974. I like the "zoom-zoom"! More
The service department has always given outstanding service. Nu normal contact is Greg on the Blue Team, who was no vacation, so David filled in for him. My paperwork was ready when I arrived.
