The Service Advisor Steve want above and beoyond to assit me and keep me informed with tthe process. I recently used Brown's Kia Service Department for the first time and I'll be making the switch to them for all my service needs. Their waiting area is relaxed and roomy. Steve was my helper and he was just awesome. The best I've ever had. Very personable and an all around good guy. They had my car ready and out the door within no time flat. Fantastic service.
