Safety inspection issue They failed my 2017 in inspection and asked for $ 44 to replace whindshield wiper. I did not see the old wipers where they claimed it was worn. The price seemed too high and feel like they were trying to make money from me. I went to Walmart and bought them for $17.00 and I had to come back for them to make pass it!!!!. It took two hours to do my recall and safety inspection because I had to come back again. More

The only problem I encounter The service people did a great job explaining what had been done to my car and the condition of all the major components. The only problem I encountered was after I returned home that evening, I discovered a mail coupon for $30 off the service that I forgot to bring with me to the service appointment. I contacted Nick the next day and he told me that he thought the coupon could only be applied at the time of payment for the service. He said he would get back to me with a definite answer. He did not do this. I am like everyone else...I am trying to get the best value for my service dollars spent. Applying this coupon would have helped. I can understand if Brown's is unable to apply the coupon since it was my fault for forgetting to bring it with me to the service appointment. However I would certainly appreciate some consideration in this matter. More

I called around and other dealerships were too busy or needed me to drop it off overnight. In calling Manassas Brown kia, (location where car was purchased) Neil was able to get me in the same day (last minute) and get the inspection taken care of (no charge) Kudos to Neil. Service was fairly prompt and there were no complications. Service group walked you through every part of the process, even for something as routine state inspection. While i live over 50 miles from this dealership, it was worth the trip. Appreciate it, and keep up the good work. - Josh Griffin More
Kid Friendly I waiting for 1 hour for a state inspeciton and oil change to be completed. The waiting area was nice and big with a t.v. for kids to watch cartoons. There was even a coloring book there to entertain the kiddos. Michelle was very nice and gave us an update as progress was being made with our car. They also gave us economical advice with what needs done now and what services will be coming soon. I have been to a lot of service places in Manssas and Gainesville. This one is the most honest, reliable, and trustworthy one I have done business with. I left feeling like I wasn't swindled, which is a great feeling. We will take our car back and we will probably buy our next car there, too. More

Service Manager, who's name I've forgotten although I do remember that the manager or who ever took my order was a woman, was very competent and polite. I've taken the car in for warranty (both for maintenance and repairs) work and the car has been services on time and efficiently. I really can't comment on pricing since everything has been done under warranty. I didn't buy the car from them but their professionalism would make me consider them if I'm in the market to replace my car. P.S. I have a Kia Soul and we love it. It's rear to find a car that's cute, practical and relatively inexpensive. The Soul meets all those factors. More
