All's well that ends well. I saw the car advertised on-line and went to see it. I was told by the salesperson that the price on-line included rebates that I was not eligible fo I saw the car advertised on-line and went to see it. I was upset that it seemed a bait and switch, but we were able to compromise and so purchased the vehicle. But the on-line advertising needs be more forthcoming. The great part was I was under budget and a huge Thank You goes to Dong Kim and his manager Andrew Rogin. They both actively listened to to my needs and addressed any concerns I had. Dong was a hit with my family. He was never pushy and he was always making sure we were comfortable. He was extremely knowledgable and thoroughly explained everything about the vehicles I was looking at. He gave me pros and cons about then which I never had a car salesmen do ever. He was honest and genuine which is something that is hard to come by these days. His customer service is untouchable! He is definitely an asset to the Brown's Dealership and I will refer all my friends and family. If I could rate Brown's a million stars I definitely would ! More

Easy Sales Person to deal with. Billy Puzon was the sales Consultant that helped me make the deal with my 2016 Elantra. He was very easy to deal with and felt no pressure from him. My best experience buying a car EVER I am always pressed for time. I worked out much of the details on line with Billie and stressed I needed him to coordinate with his sales manager bef I am always pressed for time. I worked out much of the details on line with Billie and stressed I needed him to coordinate with his sales manager before I got to the show room. I could not deal with any "surprises" once I got there. I told him exactly what I wanted and my price range. When I got to the dealership I was present my options and pricing. Everything was in line with what I asked for. I picked the recommended vehicle to test drive and was VERY satisfied with the choice. The car drove exactly as a car of this class should. It handled perfectly. All the features came in to play and I agreed, it was the vehicle for me. My trade in was fairly valued and we struck a deal. Financing, the paper work and my extended warranty took less than 30 minutes. Everything took less than three hours and I had the perfect car at the previously agreed to price. I will definitely be recommending Brown's Hyundai to everyone who asks where they can get a good deal on a new automobile. More
