I had an excellent experience at Brown's Hyundai in Leesburg. Shawn was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. No pressure but answered all my questions. He said he could give me a great deal o Leesburg. Shawn was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. No pressure but answered all my questions. He said he could give me a great deal on a 2010 Elantra and he delivered. The price was excellent, and the paperwork with Finance was very smooth. It was less than an hour after we agreed to a price that all the paperwork was signed, etc. Frankly it took longer for the car to be washed and gas tanked filled than anything else :) Plus free tires for the tenure that I own the car. I would recommend Brown's to anyone. More
From the very beginning of my visit to Brown's Hyundai, my experience was wonderful. John Sasso treated me as a friend and seemed like he was really trying to give me the best deal possible. He went out my experience was wonderful. John Sasso treated me as a friend and seemed like he was really trying to give me the best deal possible. He went out of his way to make the purchase of my vehicle as pleasant as possible. I was offered coffee or tea several times. He was so knowledgeable about the car and explained to me everything about it while i was out on my test drive. My car is currently having bluetooth installed and he gave me a loaner. He emailed me a day after i purchased the car to thank me for my business. I would recommend this dealership to others without hesitation. More
Rafi and his team are wonderful - the whole dealership is full of helpful honest people from department to department - sales, finance, service. They all have an overall upbeat attitude that makes the whole full of helpful honest people from department to department - sales, finance, service. They all have an overall upbeat attitude that makes the whole experience of buying a new car, getting a car serviced, so much better. We drive a long way to get our vehicles serviced - which is attributed to the honesty and service we receive. Thanks for making our second experience of buying a new vehicle so smooth and professional with none of the pressure that we've experienced from other dealerships. We are ecstatic about our Hyundai vehicles - our first luxury vehicles bought at affordable prices - you'd pay a lot more at other manufacturers for similar vehicles with the same comforts. We appreciate you and recommend your dealership wholeheartedly! Best Wishes L&T, Manassas, VA More
I went to Brown's Leesburg Hyundai because my boyfriend told me they were a good dealership. I had my heart set on a Sante Fe, and had been there a few months prior to test drive a few and also the Tuscon told me they were a good dealership. I had my heart set on a Sante Fe, and had been there a few months prior to test drive a few and also the Tuscon. After months of planning and saving, I was ready to buy. I really wanted the Limited with navigation and all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately I picked a bad time to buy, almost all of the 2010's were gone and the 2011's hadn't come out yet. They spent plenty of time with me researching cars available in the entire US. None had the exact color/options that I wanted and I couldn't decide. On a whim I went out to look around the lot again, and spotted a blue 2011 Tuscon. I had test driven it before and really liked it, better than the Sante Fe. I wanted the Sante Fe for the cargo space, but after sitting in the plush Tuscon with panoramic sunroof, black leather interior, I was sold. After that it, was easy. We negotiated a price, accessories and moved on to financing. I was so relieved that they didn't try to sell me undercoating or LowJack for my car, as this was something Toyota did previously when I purchased my Corolla. I have to say, this is my first Hyundai. I have had Toyota and Honda previously and am not sure I will go back. The warranty, options, and price make Hyundai a smart buy. The safety features are unparalleled! My car insurance only went up $21 a year from my Corolla! In addition, Brown's is offering free tires for the life of the vehicle and that is a huge expense. I was so happy to pick this dealership and this car. I am totally satisfied. As far as the staff, Rafi spent much time with me months prior test driving cars and never tried to pressure me into buying. This was a good thing, as I probably wouldn't have been back. I wanted to try, but wasn't ready to buy. On this visit, I met Shawn who did all he could to work with me and make me feel comfortable with the process. I am happy to know that I will be taking my car there for maintenance and will look forward to working with the team for the life of my car. :-) More
I recently lost my 2005 scion tc in a car accident and I was given a Sonata 2010 as a rental from my insurance. I was not happy because I know 10 years ago the Hyundai brand was bad, to my surprise after ta was given a Sonata 2010 as a rental from my insurance. I was not happy because I know 10 years ago the Hyundai brand was bad, to my surprise after taking the car on the road I was impressed on how well it handled and also car’s design left me breathless. I began researching for this particular car and located your dealership. I was greeted by Steve Kim and I asked about the Sonata model and he offered me to take the new Sonata 2011 limited for a spin. I loved the car the minute we drove it. My wife wanted us to purchase this car. Steve was very knowledgeable about the cars safety features and perks also he never once try to pressure me into buying the car he understood we were just looking around but took his time to answer any questions we had. Never once he made an attempt to close a deal, something rather unusual in times when companies are simply looking to make money rather than building long lasting relationships. 2 months later we arrived at the dealership after doing some thoroughly research on the Sonata 2011 we specifically asked for Steve Kim since he had help us on the previous visit he began helping us I knew what I wanted the minute I walked in a Black on Black with navigation system Sonata 2011 limited. Steve Kim explained to me that the car is a best seller and it would take some time to find. I said no problem. A week goes by and my needs have changed. We needed to get the other family car to the local shop for some repairs I called around and found the car at another dealership. I called on Thursday August 26th and one of the managers explained to me that a similar car is on its way but its black on grey and no navigation system the manager was courteous and explained to me that they were going out of their way to make sure I could get what I wanted but he was more than happy to mail me the refund for my purchase. I thought about it for a second and then I realized that it was not right to do that because the dealership was trying to make the deal happen so I decided to wait. The next day I get a call and I was informed the car was at the dealer and it was getting detailed. I arrived around 3pm and I sat down with Jessie Hill from the finance department and we went over my options and I was trying to get the best deal possible then Matt Raymond was able to close the deal by offering a lower rate. My purchase was done. The car was not completely detailed and Steve Kim noticed this and began finishing the detailing himself. I have never in my life seen such a passion on someone’s work like I did that day. I mean this gentleman goes out of his way to make sure my car looks good? Wow that’s what I call customer service. We will be replacing our other car in the next year and let me tell you we will be back!. I have always been loyal to the Toyota brand but starting now my brand of choice will always be Hyundai. Sincerely Jimmy and Diana. More
Wonderful service. Paid more for the car than I had planned (emotional decision instead of a business one) and was also disappointed that you didn't offer a better interest rate particularly since I ha planned (emotional decision instead of a business one) and was also disappointed that you didn't offer a better interest rate particularly since I have excellent credit. I wish now that I had explored a different way to finance the car. More
I have spent 2 months looking for a car for my soon to be son in law. I have been to, big and small dealerships, easily; I have seen 30 car places. Each one was more disappointing then the rest. You know the son in law. I have been to, big and small dealerships, easily; I have seen 30 car places. Each one was more disappointing then the rest. You know the story, no integrity, Pushy salespeople that wouldn’t know how to bring a customer value if it dropped on them, I have to see the boss games, and of course hiding the true cost. I mean we are adults, and we understand they have to make money, so treat us like one. My Son in law and I stepped into Browns of Leesburg and Steve Marzo , one of their sales people came right up to us with a warm welcome. Which must have been difficult since the first thing out of my mouth was “I have been selling for 20 yrs. don’t sell me.” He said, not a problem, how can I help? I am not here to push you, I am here to help.” Moreover, he proceeded to do just that. Solid facts, honesty and he really seemed to enjoy doing his job and being with us. Which as I said wasn’t easy at first because of all the other disappointing salespeople I had met at other dealerships. Those qualities made me want to buy from him and Brown. We found a fantastic car! Stepped into negotiate the price. And, 5 minutes later I was talking directly with their General Sales Manager: Tony Grist. It was over in 15 minutes. We got a great price and no games… imagine that? Then, my son in law, who was a first time buyer needed to get a loan. While we waited, Tony took the time to fully explain credit and the in’s and out’s of how to establish and keep great credit to him. It was dead on and made me start looking around thinking that I was on the TV show Punk’d! I will never forget that. He did it for no other reason than to help a young man. All dealerships need more people like Tony. We had gotten a loan from a bank. However, after speaking with, Jessie Hill; F&I Business Manager and Matt Raymond; Finance Director, We believed they could get us a better loan. There weren’t any games or hidden fees. And I can tell you they honestly believed they could do better and they did! When we sat down to close and do the paperwork they of course had service contracts, extra warranty and so on that they wanted us to buy. And Jessie had the best line. He said, “Their job was to find you the best car and they did. My job is to make sure you are covered in case the unthinkable happens.” Since, my Son in law was a first time buyer; He explained the pros and cons of each with complete honesty. No sugar coating or let’s take advantage of the first time buyer. His attitude was to teach and let us make an informed decision. Since, I already knew the what’s and why’s, of what we wanted to add to the car, I was waiting to see if he would keep the honesty. And he was dead on and truly helpful! Let me close with this. If more places that involved sales of any kind, had more people like them, then sales would be up in this bad economy! If I could give them more than a five star rating, I would! I want to thank them for making my son in laws first experience with buying a car a true joy. I would recommend that anyone who wants a great experience go see them ASAP! In fact, I so believe it, that my parents are going to buy a vehicle from them. I don’t think I can say anything more about them then that! More
Visiting Brown's Leesburg Hyundai was the best decision I made. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly to work with. I put in a request for a quote and the same day I received a call back to schedule made. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly to work with. I put in a request for a quote and the same day I received a call back to schedule a time to come in for a test drive. When I arrived I went over my financial situation and what I was trying to accomplish. Gene and Rafi worked with me to get me the car I wanted at the best price. The car buying process that I remember going through, involved about 8 hours of my time. Brown's Leesburg Hyundai gave me a tour of the facility, introduced me to Services Dept., had my paperwork done, car picked up and detailed, all in about 3 hours. This truly has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will recommend Brown's Leesburg Hyundai to everyone looking to buy a new or used car. They truly do take care of you and provide 110% customer satisfaction. Thanks to all of you at Brown's Leesburg Hyundai for getting me the car I wanted and for the exceptional customer service! I also want to thank the Finance Manager's for taking the time to work with me on finalizing the car buying process and helping me to get to the right monthly payment. Trish Newberry More
Well to begin with we had to sign our papers at least 4 times. We kept getting called in to sign a new set for reasons such as they changed the warranty or the bank settled on the loan and then the loan am times. We kept getting called in to sign a new set for reasons such as they changed the warranty or the bank settled on the loan and then the loan amount kept changing every time we went in. But the real dissapointment is that after they had my vehicle I kept getting calls from my bank lettig me know that my payments were late and that I will be reported to the crediot bureau as a past due. When I contacted my bank they told me that they had never received a call from Browns about the payoff or received the payoff check. It took a conference call from me and my bank to Brown's finance director (Matt) to clear up the issue. My bank told me that Brown's had dropped the ball and sent payoff checks to wrong branches and sent it via regular mail. The main bank offices still have not received the check, but my old car is on the website for sale. Basically, if Brown does not overnight the check to the address given to them by my bank and it is not received by the deadline given to Brown Hyundai I will be given a black mark on my credit report. In fact while I was making the payments I never was late in fact I was alwasys early. I have had nothing but a headache since I bouight this vehicle in finalizing the deal. Today I called to see if the payoff had been sent and I was placed on hold and finally a sales person oicked up and tried to get Matt for me. Apparently, I was not important enough for Matt to speak to me. I hope this review will let people know that this dealer lacks credible customer service skills when it comes to dealing with peoples credit and does not care if they mess yours up. More
