The dealership and people were very easy to wrok with and the customer service was excellent. At no time did I feel pressured into buying, which I appreciated. For example, I mentioned I might want an SUV, but the salesman asked me about my driving habits, how many miles I put on the car, etc. and said the Sonata mught work better for me. I did purchase the Sonata and have found it to be a great car. Anyone looking to buy a Hyundai should check out this dealership. They make the car buying experience a good one! More
Last week, I bought my first new car in over 10 years. I was lucky, I found myself in the Brown’s Leesburg Hyundai dealership, working with John Sasso. He was professional, answered every question I had and made the decision process on what car to buy, fun! At no time, did I feel any pressure to make a decision I wasn’t ready to make. But once I made that decision, I realized that I wanted a color of the 2011 Elantra that they did not have on the lot. John and his manager searched the surrounding area and found the car in the color that I wanted, in Maryland. John drove up to Maryland to retrieve the vehicle and I had my new car right away! I had the car in two days. What wonderful customer service, I was really impressed. Thank you, John! Jesse, in the finance department did a great job too! He was patient and answered many of the same questions from me, multiple times. I did not feel any pressure from him as he presented the many warranty options available to me. I highly recommend Brown’s Leesburg Hyundai for anyone who is in the market for a new Hyundai. It was truly a terrific experience! More
Who would have thought that buying a new car could be such a pleasant experience? No crazy pressure and huddling in a back room to "get the deal" ... no smarmy sales attitude ... no razzle-dazzle speed such a pleasant experience? John Sasso immediately set me at ease with his relaxed style and self-effacing sense of humor. After some walking around, talking, and going over pros and cons, we test drove a Hyundai Santa Fe GLS. Ahhhh, what a lovely vehicle! If you are tall, you've got to take one for a ride. John, along with Jim (a manager), worked out a great deal ... beyond my expectations. Tony (another manager) even let me see the inside of his own car to check out the leather seats I was considering as an upgrade (and subsequently chose). The team searched around and found the perfect color and combination in Richmond. David Huber drove down the next day to bring it back for me. There was no charge for this wonderful service. When calling the day of the purchase, I had the good fortune to get Stephanie on the phone who answered questions, got me connected with someone who could help with a specific concern, and did all of this with a bubbly enthusiasm. Going into the Finance Office (usually reminiscent of going to the Principal's Office) to do the final paperwork turned out to be a fast-moving, efficient experience with Jesse who was able to fine-tune everything and give suggestions on additions without pressure. He and John stayed late to get everything tied up neatly and send me happily on my way. Much gratitude to one and all at Brown's Leesburg Hyundai! More
We are a Hyundai family, and already own two. When our circumstances changed and I needed a commuting car, I of course went to the local Hyundai dealership first. We were impressed by the salesman Steve, and the manager. They took the time to ask me what I was looking for and offer suggestions on what would meet my needs. They never pressured me, and assured me that they were more interested in my long term business than in a one hit sale. I test drove the Sonata, fell in love with it, and left to compare other cars. Yesterday my husband and I went back to look at the Sonata again. We visited 5 other dealerships and test drove several comparable mid size cars. One of the things that sealed it for us was the Sonata look and milage, but the things that was the most outstanding to us was the dealership. Steve remembered my preferences from a week before, and the Matt and Jesse were all business, but freindly about it. I of course was thrilled to get a deal that was much better than I expected, but it was heartwarming to see that Steve shared in my excitement. The entire staff worked like a team and I was driving off the lot with a new car in much less time than I expected. Brown's dealership is the only place we will go in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a better experience buying or leasing a car. More
I went in expecting to be immediately turned down being a first time buyer and not expecting to find a car I’d like in my price range in their lot before even giving them a chance. I met John Sasso and took notice of the the 2011 Hyundai Elantra GLS sitting outside. Drawn to the appearance but not sure if it was what I wanted he went with me for a test drive. I then decided to take the next step and start the paperwork. The financing went smoothly with affordable payments and good benefits such as free tires during the life of the car and a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. The staff was pleasant and friendly and didn’t make me feel like an outsider or someone they were trying to sell something overpriced to and get them out of there. John Sasso worked with me and was very personable and there was no pressure on me to sign papers or even go with that particular car or one more expensive out of my range. It almost seemed more like a friendly visit than a business related one. I would go back to this dealer again and would recommend them to everyone. More
This is the second car we purchased from this dealership in the past year! He is down to earth and makes you feel like you have known him for years. His talent is simply that he makes you trust him. The Sales Manager (sorry, don't have your card and forget your name - you know who you are!) on the floor is also very nice and works with you to get a good deal for you, while not giving the car away. You leave feeling both the buyer and the seller made a good deal. Again, no pressure, just numbers. The finance person, Jesse,(sorry, didn't have your card either) was friendly and did not waste our time, understood our budget requirements and did not pressure us to get extra stuff when closing the deal. Again, no pressure. Matt Raymond, the Finance Director, was always in the background working with everyone to arrive at a place where we could drive away with a new car we could be happy with. In all the years we have purchased cars and dealt with dealerships, this is the first one where we did not leave with a headache and feel we were taken advantage of. The only good deal is the one you feel good about and you feel is fair. I can honestly say I do think we got good deals and were treated fairly with the experience of purchasing both cars. And...we LOVE the cars we purchased. These guys hands down do a great job. Love ya John! Happy New Year! More

I had been searching for a late model economical auto for months. I quickly found that at 6"3" and 250 pounds the Nissan Sentra, VW Jetta, Honda Fit, Hyundai Elantra et al, wouldn't work for me. I then test months. I quickly found that at 6"3" and 250 pounds the Nissan Sentra, VW Jetta, Honda Fit, Hyundai Elantra et al, wouldn't work for me. I then test drove several midsize autos including the 2011 Sonata at Brown's Leesburg Hyundai. John Sasso introduced himself to me and was as affable as could be. I was short on time and he was very accomadating in having me take a quick test drive for me to get a quick impression. I told him that I'd call him to set up a longer test drive so that I could spend some serious test drive time. Between that visit and when I was supposed to return I wound up buying a new Nissan Altima. It was a roomy, nice, competent and attractive car. However, it was hard for me to get really excited about it, but the price was right and the MPGs very good. I drove the Altima for five weeks and 3500 miles. Although a nice car, the Altima had one flaw that was extremely annoying. When driving along at less then 1500 rpm, the Altima with it's CVT transmision manifested a buzzing resonance that really annoyed me. So much so that I called John Sasso back at Browns Hyundai and explained my dilemma. I told John that I knew I was asking a lot but if he could get me an exceptional price for my Altima and also an exceptional price on a new Sonata, I would like to come in and see him. He asked me a few questions and then told me he'd call me back after speaking with his manager to see how well they might accomodate me. He called back within an hour and told me they would like to earn my business and help me as much as possible given my situation. I could tell John was being sincere and not just saying anything to get me back in. Not only did Jim (his sales manager, who is also a very nice fellow) offer me an exceptional trade-in price, the pricing was so good on the new 2011 Sonata that I moved up to the SE model. I love my new Sonata SE. It is an exceptional value, an absolutely beautiful car and a pleasure to drive each day. I think the SE has the best seats of the different Sonata trim levels. Enough about the car....... My experience at Browns was exceptional. Even when I called John back as promised and gave him the news that I had purchased a new Altima, he was very gracious. If you are a prospective car buyer who may not be very savvy or comfortable negotiating in these situations, I beleive that the staff at this dealership would not take advantage of you even if it was obvious they could. One last thing that impressed me. Sitting at a desk near me was a young mother trying to buy the least exspensive used car possible. I overheard her converstion with the salesman and finance person.......OK OK OK yes I was eaves dropping. Bottom line was that they were all over themselves trying to help this woman that they probably weren't going to make a whole lot of money on. Please beleive me when I say that this is the Hyundai dealer that you want to go to if you want to be treated with honesty and respect. A++++++ More
Was able to work out the financial deal in less than 10 minutes at the price I wanted. Selection of vehicles was good.
