My internet sales contact @ Brown's Leesburg Hyundai was Karim Mi and he provided excellent prompt answers to my technical, price, and on-lot availability questions. We scheduled an appointment and Karim was waiting for us. He was extremely professional and honest as he filled us in on the various colors, features, and price. Honesty, knowledge, willingness to take the extra effort to address all questions, and even facilitating other details for discussion was a tribute to his professionalism. We experienced no pressure tactics at all. He provided us an excellent price. Jesse Hill, the finance manager provided us the various finance options and made took his time to ensure we understood the cost/benefit of each option. Very informative and transparent about all the approaches. We were also impressed by the friendly customer focus approach from all the Brown's associates, including those not involved in the purchase process. I highly recommend Brown's Leesburg for the purchase of a Hyundai. If strongly recommend you contact Karim for sales, and Jesse for finance support. Michael Sang More

We had a written agreement for the price of a new vehicle. The vehicle was not currently available, but we were willing to wait to get the vehicle we wanted. After 2 months of waiting and no vehicle, we accepted a different color. When we arrived to sign the contract, we were informed that the price was being raised. The alternative car had one additional option that I was willing to pay for, but the dealership wanted me to pay a "price increase", which I was not willing to pay. We had agreed on the price of the car - it was in writing. The dealership did not want to honor the agreed to price on the written, signed Buyer's Order. After refusing the pay the increase, the manager informed me that he didn't want my business. I guess this dealership doesn't understand written agreements or abide by their agreements. This is the absolutely worst car buying experience I have ever had (particularly since it didn't result in me actually buying a car). More

Karirm had no personality what so ever, and when I asked him about the scratches on the car I was looking at and the fact that it smelled of smoke he said "You're buying a used car, what do you expect.". It's been a month now since buying the car and the loan on the car I traded in still has not been paid off, and getting anyone to call back is impossible. I still have not received any paperwork showing that I have purchased the car, or the loan information, and every time I call the response is "We'll call you back" or "So and So is working on it". I had many problems with this dealership throughout the process of buying this car but this is most frustrating. Also, since I've had the car it's started to make strange sounds. I honestly feel like I was conned, and as a single mother I wonder how these people sleep at night. Also, after buying the car I noticed that it had no floor mats, or a manual. But like my salesperson said, "I'm buying a used car, what do I expect?" I don't know, maybe decent customer service? More

After a couple of phone calls, he told me what he could offer, which was acceptable to me. I came in a couple of days later, and wrote a check for the exact amount quoted over the phone. I definitely will recommend John and Browns to my friends and relatives interested in a Hyundai. More
