To be honest I wanted a chevy equinox, but my husband insisted we check out the Hyundai Santa Fe. He had done his homework and boy am I glad we did. From the moment we walked in the door until our transaction was finished we received top-notch attention. Shawn showed us the different Santa Fe's and showed us every aspect of the car. We decided to take one for a test drive. Before we left the parking lot Shawn ensured I knew where everything was. What can I say we were sold. Shawn was the most professional and caring salesman we have ever dealt with. Hadn't planned on trading in our car but thought what the heck. Tony gave a us a great price, more than we thought we would get for a trade-in. After we finished with finance. We went back to Shawn and he took us to our new Santa Fe, he even helped us transfer our stuff from one vehicle to another. He then showed us how to program our phones to the blue tooth. I feel I know everything there is to know about the car and all the accessories. All salespersonal should take lessons from Shawn. I feel we will go more than likely buy another Hyundai and I have already recommended them to a few neighbors and ensured they have Shawn's name. More
We first stopped in several months ago to drive the new Sonata's (since we currenty own 3 Hyndais and our current Sonata has 135,000 miles on it), and we wanted to see if we still like the drive. John Nahra was the first to greet us AFTER we entered the showroom (we don't particularily like to be greeted as soon as we leave our car). Nahra was easy going, not pushy, was friendly and answered all our questions without hesitation. We took the Sonata for a test drive and we liked it, but we told Nahra that we weren't going to purchase any car for a while unless our Sonata conked out. Last weekend we decided it was time so we went back to Browns with a possible intent to buy (pending price/deals/salesman). Lucky for us Nahra was there and we went up to Nahra and he remembered us from over 2 month ago. To make it short, we decided to buy and told him we will met him the next afternoon to discuss funding/final price. The followng day, we went but Nahra had left work because of an illness. In stepped John Sasso, and he was also excellent and we worked with him for the next several hours, finalizing our purchse. In summery (finally), it was surprisingly a great experience and we were glad we went to Browns and were able to be assisted by the "Johns". We highly recommend Browns and the salesmen. We would not hesitate to buy again (probably the new Elantra next time), if we need a new set of wheels in the future. More
We are extremely satisfiedvwith our experience dealing with Brown's Hyundai. The staff was very friendly and we felt like they were old friends you can trust. I rate Brown's very poorly because Brown's pulled a bait-and-switch when they bought Eastern's. They say they won't honor the terms of my new Hyundai sales contract with Eastern's, which included an ad bait-and-switch when they bought Eastern's. They say they won't honor the terms of my new Hyundai sales contract with Eastern's, which included an additional warranty, free interim oil changes, and car wash. I am not the only customer affected by this. A coworker of mine had the same contentiousness from the same Browns. It is not only terrible customer service, it is a breach of contract. I did not know of the dealer switch until I came in for my first service, and they refused to wash the car. I have paid for further scheduled Hyundai service that included oil changes in the price. When I came in today 5/24/11, it was 1200 miles too early for the next service and I wanted only the free oil change. As a responsible owner, I maintain my car and this oil change was 200 miles early. I prefer to have my car serviced at a dealership. The service manager informed me that my contract with Eastern's for free oil changes would not be honored by Brown's. When I contested it, he relented, but it wasn't because I was upset. It was because he knows they are wrong. He told me that this would be my last free oil change. And it won't be a problem for me, because I will take my service and my future auto purchases to another dealer. Brown's rudeness, coupled with a contractual bait-and-switch, guarantees that I will never return to this dealership in Leesburg or any other Brown's dealership for service or for purchase. More
Spent a great deal of time educating us on all the features and how they work and assisted in setting up bluetooth. Unlike some dealers where they give you the car to drive on your own, we were treat features and how they work and assisted in setting up bluetooth. The entire purchase process was under two hours, with virtually no dickering. More

We leased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership. Our interaction with Shawn, the business office, and the service department was entirely pleasant and low-pressure. No one tried to push us into more car than we wanted. Shawn was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fair. He explained the advantages of the different models clearly and shared his preferences and advice without pressure, and I am satisfied that he did the best he could for us on the price. Everyone says they will work with you, but Shawn really does. I would characterize his method as steering his customer towards the model or models he thinks might be best for them, based on his knowledge and experience. I will happily recommend him to anyone looking at cars. The business office guys showed us the advantages of their optional add-ons but did not pressure us to buy more than we wanted. As for the service department, the car is new and has not yet required service. But I went to their service counter to chat with the service managers, asking their advice on matters such as the merits of synthetic oil and what oil change interval they recommend for the driving I do. As I have worked in the service department of a Volkswagen dealership and gone to their mechanics' school, I feel competent to size up service people. The three guys at the service counter at Brown's Leesburg Hyundai are car guys and know their stuff. More
Steve Marzo is a great car salesman. He is such a great salesman that my wife and I bought 2 Hyundai Elantras from Brown's Hyundai. He greeted us immediately as we got out of our car at the dealership and was extremely courteous, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole process of looking at and buying 2 Hyundai Elantras for our daughters. Steve explained all the features of the cars we bought and was very polite and patient in helping our daughters to understand the options & features of the new cars. He personally put the car tags on the cars & wiped the outside of the cars. Tony Grist is a great sales manager. He negotiated with me in good faith and did not try to con me or trick me or double-talk me as some other dealerships have done. He gave me a fantastic price for both cars that I am very happy with. He introduced us to the staff at the dealership (the people who work in the service area, financial area, etc.) and he helped streamline the process of getting all the paperwork done so that we did not have to wait a long time. Jesse Hill is a great financial person. He thoroughly explained the extended warranties we could get on the cars (I declined them, but not because of any fault of Jesse's). He did all the financial paperwork in a very fast and efficient manner. He was very polite and courteous. These were our first purchases at Brown's, but we feel like we have made long-term friends who will take car of our daughters' cars in the future when we bring them in for service and we feel that Steve and Tony will always be there for us if we have questions about our daughters' cars. My wife, daughters, and I highly recommend Brown's Hyundai in Leesburg, Virginia as an excellent place to buy a car. More
