My husband and I had to purchase a new car in a short period of time. We chose to purchase our car from Brown's Leesburg Hyundai because of the reliability, features and price of the 2012 Hyundai Elant period of time. We chose to purchase our car from Brown's Leesburg Hyundai because of the reliability, features and price of the 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Equally important to us was our sales person, Mr. Shawn Aramideh. He approached us the minute we drove up and got out of our car, and when we said we'd like some time to look over the cars in the lot before talking to him, he politely stepped back and said to let him know if we had any questions or would like to test drive any of the cars. After looking at several cars in the lot, we went in and talked to Mr. Aramideh and he assisted us with the cars that we wanted to test drive. He went over the features of each car and answered all of our questions thoroughly. In the past, shopping for a new car was very stressful for us, as we get completely turned off by the hard sell that we usually encounter at dealerships. Many of our friends will tell you the same thing; no-one likes a hard sell. Our experience this time was essentially stress-free, and this was due to Mr. Aramideh's respectful manner, his knowledge of the cars and their features, and the way he let us think things through without pressuring us. He is one of the most polite salesmen we have ever met, and because of him we had a wonderful new car buying experience. We have asked him for some of his business cards, and have already given out a couple of cards....it's only been 3 days since we purchased our car. I will be recommending Brown's Leesburg Hyundai and Mr. Aramideh to family, friends, and coworkers for years to come. Thank you for such a great car buying experience. More

Apart from the many perks of owning a new hyndai, purchasing from Brown's greatly enriches ownership. I really feel very special and can't say enough good things about this team. Also observing the way they handle other customers and I am sure they could say the same. Simply put, those complaining about service and the way they were treated....well, it was probably just you! Some people are just difficult, pompous and ungrateful no matter what level of grace is bestowed upon them. More

I will never again go to this dealership because of the service. I wish corporate office would do something about this dealership. -no returned phone calls from Ali Thomas -did not complete all of the service. I wish corporate office would do something about this dealership. -no returned phone calls from Ali Thomas -did not complete all of the work that I told them I wanted done, only replaced 1 part. -over-charged me for several items. -did not offer me a loaner car the first time, and I had to ask for a loaner car the second time to fix the problems from the first time. -They Initially wasn't going to back up the defective part that they put on but after talking to several people, I finally got them to. They need to (and should) back up every part that they sell, regardless the brand...if they don't want to back up the product(s) then they shouldn't keep the item in stock and sell it. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, AND THE SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE. Never will I go back to this dealership... I will go to another hyundai dealership if I absolutely need to go to a hyundai dealership...otherwise I'll choose another shop. More

Last year we bought a used Mazda rx8. We were from out of state and came to leesburg for this car. Well we had all sorts of problems with hesitation and the check engine light coming on... One of the salesme state and came to leesburg for this car. Well we had all sorts of problems with hesitation and the check engine light coming on... One of the salesmen said oh well the car needs to warm up. You can't drive it right away so that's why the lights on. We drove back and fourth, till they finally fixed it.. we show up and it doesn't start. Then the sales manager or whatever goes... "We didn't have to even fix this. It was out of the goodness of our heart. But sure well look at it again. " goodness of your heart?? We bought it and we had a 3k mile warranty with the car. Anyway another week later we get it back. It hesitated all year and the check engine light still came on.... Instead of dealing with these ignorant sharks, we took it to our local Mazda dealer, and guess what... It was the cat the whole time. Now a year later, its fixed. The only thing this place has, is a sense of humor. That's it. Never ever would recommend this. Go ahead browns, respond to this with more excuses. I'm sure you remember us. ;) More
Very friendly, not high pressure, provided a lot of information before and after the sale. We'll be going back for more operational instruction about our Sonata Hybrid as we ran out of time to go over information before and after the sale. Service Deparment Manager displayed overall lack of customer services. She did not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner, would take over a week, and I had to follow up with that. I would never recommend using this dealership at all. More
