In response to 11/1/2012 message from Matthew Wescott. Yes, the buying process is complicated. But I'm not an idiot and I understand every detail of it. And Fairfax Hyundai was straight up lying and being rude. It wasn't a "misunderstanding", it was intentional misleading by Fairfax Hyundai - a bait and switch practice. I have plenty of proof of that in emails, documents, and from witnesses from my correspondence with the dealership. I do not know what else you can tell me or offer me since I am not even your customer.
