I would never buy a car from this dealership again. I live in a differnet state, so I started my purchase over the phone. I was told there were no dents, no door dings, and no scratches. This was a used vehicle, so I expected some of those things, but was assured there were none. We agreed on a price, and I hopped on a plane to purchase my vehicle, and drive it home. Get to the dealership, there was a dent in the hatch, several noticeable scratches on the vehicle, and paint chips on the front bumper and rear hatch. Even with the lies I decided I could live with them for the price I was getting. Purchase the vehicle, get 70 miles from the dealership and the air pressure light comes on...big screw in the tire(not the dealerships fault, I understand that). Open the trunk, theres a spare tire, but the original tire iron is gone. Dealership says its too bad, all they can do is send me a tire iron in the mail. Call AAA, they come to help. Limp it to a Discount tire, only to find out that all 4 tires were basically bald, and we're very close to having the wear bars show. Im still 300 miles from home, so have to buy 4 new tires just to get me home. Zero reason for them to sell a vehicle with tires in this condition. Let the dealership know this, zero response. 3 weeks later, they had my state send the new plates to them, and then they shipped it to me via Fedex from the dealership, to which it showed up incredibly deformed. Not necesarily their fault, but the plate should have been shipped straight to me in the first place. That could have been avoided. I feel this dealership took any and all measures to move a vehicle rather than take care of a customer. Shady practices, and zero help when they're found out. Still haven't gotten the tire iron they promised, just assuming its not coming at this point More

Went through financing this morning (my credit was 840 last week) and was waiting for a call back - got a call back from Mohamed who said ‘uh , so corporate said the price was too long and we need like 2k more.’ You ever heard of anything like this??? xxxxx crooks- Matt G. I had a very bad experience with this dealership. Car I was looking to purchase was advertised on Truecar and AutoSMART for the same price. When it came time to sign on the line suddenly the price of Car I was looking to purchase was advertised on Truecar and AutoSMART for the same price. When it came time to sign on the line suddenly the price of the car was not the same. When I showed them that the price was different they did their best to try and get the price fixed but when I went to pay I found the cost stayed the same and they removed the certified used paperwork and removed other fluff items to bring the total cost down which didn't help me at all. In the end the car is what I wanted for my daughter so like an idiot I paid for it and while I was doing the paperwork these guys removed the spare tire and Jack from the car while they were supposed to be fueling it up and cleaning it for me. I left with half a tank in gas and debris all over the floor and gloveboxes. I was told there was only one key fob but looking at the key chain it says 2/2 so yeah sounds like they kept my key fob too. Guess that's what I get for standing up for myself. I asked to speak with the sales manager or the GM and got a few emails promising a phone call and in the end they just waited out the 3 days I could have returned the car and never called me back and now wont answer emails. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer. Actually had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a quote for jack and spare tire.. More
