My 2015 Chrysler 200 I was walking through a super store buying food in bulk and thinking to myself that I need a new car. I was so over driving my big Dodge Ram that I previously purchased at Sac Chrysler Dodge etc. Because the guys at Sac Chrysler were so cool the last time, I decided to go back to them again to see if I could trade in my truck. I went to the website and completed a pre-approval application online. Ten minutes later I received a call and had an appointment to meet with Chris. Chris suggested I take a look at the new 200s in stock and sent me an email with links to videos and specs. I replied back to the email with the car that I liked and set an appointment for a test drive. The next day, I test drove the car and decided I wanted it. Chris took care of everything else. Chris even told me that the financing portion would take about 45 minutes. I thought 'BS'. Well, I got approved in 30 minutes and I was at the signing table within the hour. I learned after talking to friends that my car buying experience is not the norm. This is my second car purchase with this dealership and both times were great. I will always do business with this dealership and refer my family and friends. More

The worst customer service In the over 30 years of owning a car, I have never had such bad customer service at any type of car service business. The employes at the service dep In the over 30 years of owning a car, I have never had such bad customer service at any type of car service business. The employes at the service department are unfriendly and not helpful. I have brought my new jeep hear twice for service since it was where I bought the vehicle. Both times were awful. First, do not try to use their online schedule. It does not work. I did not receive a phone call and was not contacted after completing the online form. so I called. I make an appt with one person and let them know why I am coming. When I arrive at my scheduled time, there is no one there to help me. I wait up to 5-7 minutes while people are walking around in and out of the area and checking computers, but not one of them asks me if I need help or even greets me. Finally a man comes by and asks me why I am there. He pulls up my info and asks me what I need done, even though it should be right there. When I go to pick up my car, both times, the paperwork can not be found and things are not clear on the bill, so it takes a while to get it all settled, pay and get out of there. It is the WORST experience. I can't not say much about the actual service since I only went in the a squeaky window and they fixed it and to have an alignment. which is computerized. I can promise you I will not be going back there again. I will have to go to a service shop further from my home. More
