Super Happy!!!! I went into the Sacramento Dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Initially, I was looking to trade in my Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab for the new Chrysler I went into the Sacramento Dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Initially, I was looking to trade in my Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab for the new Chrysler 300S, but I decided to go with the new Ram 1500 Crew Cab 4X4 Laramie. Ron Abbot was super patient and he was able to get me a great deal on a my new truck. I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. More

Never go to this car dealership again. Bad experience with this car dealership, will never go to this car dealership again. When I first went they had a car I was interested in but could on Bad experience with this car dealership, will never go to this car dealership again. When I first went they had a car I was interested in but could only afford and offered up to $27,650, they were trying to give it to me for $28,880. After being unable to lower the price to match my offer, I was not going to pursue the car any further and left the dealership. The next day, the salesman from the dealership texted me saying that they are willing to sell the car to me at $27,999. After receiving the message around 1:00PM, I was able to make it back to the dealership later that day at around 4:15PM. When I got there, the salesman then proceeds to tell me that the price he texted me was not an approved price and that original $28,880 still stands. While I was standing there in the dealership, he then proceeds to office, after 5 minutes, he texted me again, this time stating that the car can only be sold at $28,880. At this point, the original salesman disappeared and sent another guy to talk with me. At this point, they pretty much baited me with the lower price to get back out to their dealership so they can try to persuade me to buy the car at their price. This also got no where, the new salesman told me the same thing, that only the GM can make the price drop and that they were unwilling to do so. At this point, someone from the finance department came over and tried to play the blame game, trying to put the blame on me. Saying that, I wasted their time, that their salesman worked hard and in the cold, etc. (This isn’t my problem, that’s their job to stand outside, greet customers, and try to make their sales. That’s just part of their job). He then said that the first text I received was from the GM and that the second text was from the salesman, pretty much tried to make the texts insignificant. To the customer, in this case me, I doesn’t matter who texted me, it was texted from the same number from the this dealership, meaning that they lied to me to get me to go back to their dealership. Pretty much wasted my time and their time, and then turning around and tried to put the blame on me. I wasn’t there to waste anyone’s time. I initially went in there to look at a car I was interested, after being unable to get it at the price I was able to afford, I left. End of story, or at least it was supposed to be. It was their fault for trying to bait me and got me back into their dealership only to find out they had lied and was not going to honor their end of the bargain and then tried to put the blame on me. Worst experience ever. More

I have many large dealerships close to me in Orange County but I bought the truck in Sacramento because of Chris and the excellent service he offered. I left feeling I got a really great deal. Sales associate Ron Abbott's was awesome , he worked with me and my husband very patiently he made sure that whatever our hearts desire. He did his best to come through. Ron did and dint give up on our situation.Ron did a very good job and we're very satisfied with the outcome I would recommend this dealership and Ron Abbott anytime. More
Wonderful Experience Just purchased a new Dodge Ram 1500 from Ron Abbott. He worked with us to find just the right truck in our price range. Ron was also able to get us a few add-on's which made this purchase that much better. Rich Owens in finance was just the best.... Would recommend both of these employees to anyone looking for a great deal with no hassles. Thanks Sacramento Dodge for taking such good care of us. My only complaint was the detailing - outside looked good but they didn't clean the bed of the truck nor did they open the doors and clean the door jams or the inside of the hood. These were still pretty dirty from the truck sitting outside. More

I knew exactly what options and c Ask for Ron Abbott-- he's the gold standard. I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude for over a month. I knew exactly what options and color I wanted and located vehicles matching what I wanted at six different Jeep dealerships in northern California. I spoke with sales reps at each dealerships and received a quote from each. In the end, I could have saved myself a lot of time if I had started with Ron from the beginning. He's a no nonsense guy and provided a great car buying experience. Besides buying a home, buying a car is one of the largest purchases most of us will make. For me, I wasn't going to do business with anyone that I did not believe to be 100% trustworthy and honest. That's Ron in a nutshell. With the other individuals at dealerships I spoke to, there was always a hidden fee or a sudden change of price that would magically pop up right before I was about to come to an agreement on the car. It was very frustrating. My car buying experience with Ron couldn't have been more open and transparent. We agreed on a price and he put our agreement down in writing prior to running any credit or starting the contract. There were no changing numbers and no surprises. He's a business guy. Either the numbers will work or they won't and he's straightforward about it. For buying a car, it was about as painless of a process as it could be. When I finished the paperwork it was pretty late and I had not had the opportunity to learn how everything in the car worked. Ron called me up the next day and invited me back in at my convenience so that he could make sure I understood how to operate all the bells and whistles on my shiny new ride. The deal was over by then but he was still concerned I was happy with my car and knew how to work everything-- that's customer service. I'd definitely recommend Ron Abbott to anyone in the market for a Jeep (or for any of the other cars they sell at that dealership).Thanks Ron! Love my new Jeep! More
