Misdiagnosed our 9-3 convertible for the 2nd time, and then went on to list 6 other items that needed work for $1,000’s. Took car to non dealer, and they refuted the needs for engine mount repairs, transm then went on to list 6 other items that needed work for $1,000’s. Took car to non dealer, and they refuted the needs for engine mount repairs, transmission mount repair, alternator replacement ( the list goes on). I am afraid we may have been duped on earlier visits. I cannot recommend Saab of Westport’s for service. More
