J.R. Moore (Service Dept.) was very helpful by advising me as to the most critical maintenance items which should be replaced or repaired on my vehicle. He felt, for example, that I definitely should repl me as to the most critical maintenance items which should be replaced or repaired on my vehicle. He felt, for example, that I definitely should replace the timing belt on my car because it could prevent me from having major problems and very costly expenses from possible damage to my valves. On a couple of other maintenance items which he suggested for repair, he said it wouldn't be a problem to have them taken care of on my next service appointment if that would help me by delaying that expense until that time. I appreciate JR's opinion and advice and I feel he is looking out for my best interest. More

The only thing that I asked for that was not done, my fog light on the drivers side was out and I asked that it be replaced. Arrived at dealership on a Friday with broken passenger mirror and service department was very responive even though it was late in the day. All personnel were friendly and took an interest in the situation. I have not taken any of my vehicles to any other repair facility or dealer because of the service I receive at Gusweiler. More
