IT WAS TIME FOR MY 10,000 MILE SERVICE THAT I CAME INTO THE SHOP. J.R. HAD SET UP MY APPOINTMENT FOR ME. WHEN I ARRIVED HE WAS THERE WITH A WARM, FRIENDLY SMILE TO GREET ME.
