This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. My husband had already visited many different dealerships to price comparable SUV's (the Rogue, Terrain, CRV, etc). I really had not planned on purchasing that day, I was just planning on test driving. Josh was very knowledgeable about all the features that I had not expected to see in this vehicle. He was not pushy at all, which I really liked. He was able to give us a great deal on a 2013 RAV 4 and on our trade in vehicle which sealed our deal. I encouraged my husband to go to Guisweiler because I had only heard raves about the service department. I can now give out raves to the sales department. Very friendly it is 2 hours to there we bought the car there and take it back for service. We have owned toyotas for 20+ yrs.
