4th New Car Purchase -Best Dealership Experience in 20 years I visited 3 other Toyota dealerships: Kings, Voss, & Beechmont. Kings & Beechmont: very pushy to sell. Voss okay. I got tired of rude salesman, got up and went to sales mgr office and complained and walked out. Visited Gusweiler: 2 different times, was offered a car to drive both times. All staff knowledgeable and very helpful to pick the right car for me. Came back and purchased. Ken went the extra mile to find the right car to fit my needs. The gentleman doing financial paperwork, explained paperwork very patiently and thoroughly. This is my fourth new car, and he made me aware of all the details to make the best financial decisions regarding warranties, etc. Also, service dept, Jason: very efficient. Even Becky, the secretary, checked on me, making sure I didn't need anything.
