I reviewed this place a couple months ago when I thought I had finalized the sale... I was not ready for the realization that 4 months later and I'm still having to deal with the confusion mis leading and u I had finalized the sale... I was not ready for the realization that 4 months later and I'm still having to deal with the confusion mis leading and unprofessional experience of this dealership and the Greenville one also. Nothing but problems and repeated trips and correspondence. I ask questions to only get incomplete vague answers because of the issues they caused. I'm expected to go all out to correct their mistakes, yet I've received no answers about refund money and incentive / discounts that were supposed to be put towards my purchase even though I have documents that were sent to me from the finance company informing me of the refund sent to the dealership For me. So in all I had 2 different sale reps two dealerships, 2 contracts, 6 trips to sign paperwork that they forgot to have me sign, 1 expired finance contract, about 40 new inquiries on my credit report from 3 different time periods and 3 different finance agents to the same creditors. Payments to the dealer and finance company and a headache that I can't seam to shake. I had coworkers that were interested in buying cars but not after seeing the on going hassle I'm experiencing. Gm thanks for making quality vehicles. I hope no one else has to go through what I have these 4 months. Maybe one day ill be able to enjoy it... At this rate ill be bringing in The New year at Svg motors . More

I went into the SVG location in Dayton because a few cars there had caught my eye. Bobby was very friendly and helped me to find the perfect vehicle for my needs in my price range. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure that my needs were met. I was given a fair trade in value for my previous car, and Bobby was able to help get me financed despite my high risk status with no established credit. Mario in finance explained all of the paperwork in a digestible way and answered all of my good questions along the way. The entire process from the hello to the victory photo with my beautiful Jeep was as smooth and seamless as a car buying experience can be. I recommend Bobby and SVG 15/10. I’ll likely be back to see them when I’m in the market for my next vehicle. More
