Their business model is maximize profits on each sale and who cares about customer satisfaction. To add insult to injury, they mange to screw up their paperwork over and over to the point you can't really trust what they want you to sign. Beware of this dealership. There are too many good dealers, and competitors, to have to put up with this crappy facility and people who have no idea what they are doing.
