Solid, trustworthy, with a few hiccups. Chance was a good dude. Great salesman, knew what I wanted and didn't waste time figuring it out. Knowledge but chill. Only minor issue was miscommunication on payment methods. I was pre approved with my credit union, but a lot of that was me not knowing exactly what I would need paperwork wise.
