We started shopping for cars and checked out SVG Motors. I can’t express how easy and relateable Amber was when my husband and I went. I knew going in what I wanted and there was never once the pressure of buying. I’d highly recommend her and SVG motor. The manager Rob even came over and talked with us. It was just an overall amazing experience in a time that could of had us in a bigger bind. More

She was incredibly helpful and I am grateful for her and all the hard work they put in to give me the best deal possible! More
Attitude, and very poor customer service Our sales person was Allison. We wanted to see 3 vehicles, and were told “we’ll have to see, not sure if she can do that.” Ended up test driving 2 an Our sales person was Allison. We wanted to see 3 vehicles, and were told “we’ll have to see, not sure if she can do that.” Ended up test driving 2 and really liked the second one. Sat down and talked price, and we noticed the sticker was $2,500 more than what we saw online. They said the price we saw was online price, and they were wishy washy if they were going to give us the lower price AS ADVERTISED. They agreed to it and then they wanted to talk financing. We were already financed through a local financial institution, yet they still insisted on running our credit to see if we could get a better rate (we found a great rate locally). We still refused that, saying we have the money in full with taxes/title included. The moment they found out we weren’t financing through them it was like a switch completely flipped. We were then sitting in the office for long lengths of time, “waiting for them to finish paperwork.” Finally when she came back, we were directed to where the paperwork was signed. During this time, the car was SUPPOSED to be getting detailed. We were done with the signing, and the car still wasn’t done. We were then handed the key, asked where the other one is Her reply was, “I don’t know, but if I find it, I’ll let you know.” When asking how much to make a new key was, she replied, “I don’t know maybe $60, maybe $300.” She didn’t offer to look it up or anything. Frustrates beyond belief and just wanting to get the car and leave, we get in and notice the dirt/dust/grime that was still there from before. The gas gauge was also at 1/8 tank. We go in to ask about this, and her response was, “it’s at a quarter tank.” So we then show her that it’s at an 1/8 tank, and she just shrugs it off saying, “there’s nothing I can do, at least it get really good gas mileage.” We leave out of frustration and just being done with her, and a family member hears our experience with them. They go to the dealership and get the same disgusting “superior value guarantee customer service.” They agreed to a re-detail later in the week and fill up the gas tank. The car went in, still looks the same (we had to clean it), and the gas wasn’t full. When talking to people about this dealership, they all have the same reaction. “Oh you went there?..We’ve heard bad stories like yours...I would never go there.” Long story not so short, we will never recommend this dealership, that was their only sale they will get from us, and we are going to report them to everyone we can do they don’t have the same “customer service” we did. We even gave them a second change and they blew it. Seeing the other comments about this place on here makes us mad we didn’t research them before, especially if they were making people fill out fake reviews. No integrity coming from this place what so ever. Being fair minded, we did get a good price on the vehicle, and that’s why we completed the sale.
