Albert was very accommodating and said he would put a hold on it till we arrived. 30 min before we arrived we texted him to let him know we were in the area. When we arrived we saw the car getting detailed thinking the dealership was getting it ready for us to test drive. Turns out Albert was in the process of selling it to someone else. After driving several hours it would have been nice to receive a call saying they had another buyer. Obviously I was quite upset when I got there and management told me sorry it’s “business”. Well, I’m glad I did not have to do business with you! More

Worst customer service. Hidden costs false advertising! They advertised a Lexus for 33,000. I have great credit so they told me I could get low financing. Once I got there they added an additional 500.00 for window tint which was clearly done by the previous owner. Also 1400.00 for a anti theft device and paint protection. The car ended up being 37,000! When I told them I wasn’t interested they replied they couldn’t remove it. I asked why they didn’t advertise they price they are now quoting me and they said cuz it would be inflated! Ya think!!!!! Also after the purchase I noticed the removed the computer chip to the car and tried to tell me there’s nothing I could do since it was not included on the “due bill”. Who the xxxx takes a chip out of a car? STG does! Now I’m fighting with them for a chip and no returned calls. Once you buy a car you mean nothing to them! The vehicle was sold with one key. There’s so many things to write about with such little room! Now I’m trying to get the balance they owe me regarding my trade in. I’ve seen reviews with posted emails to pursue additional law suits for false advertising and hidden fees which they don’t tell you about. They actually added additional months/payments on my contract! BEWARE IF THIS DEALERSHIP! Don’t buy from this dealership trust me! And if you do make sure your vehicle comes with the computer chip and two keys! BUYER BEWARE! More

Finance? departments typically pull a credi CAUTION: Before you buy. 1. My credit report was hit 3 times by STG finance department by Mandoe Riad. Finance? departments typically pull a credit report and shop those specs to multiple lenders. My wife and I had never heard of such a sketchy tactic as this. 2. ?We were required to sign over 5 credit applications before we could be offered a finance? option. I protested over the identity security nature of this but was told:? "do it or else can't help you". This was three hours into trying to find a car. We are still trying to get those applications returned to us. 3. Test drive - the ?car had no gas. The gas warning light was on. ?Had enough gas to go around a short city block; approximately .25 miles. Our salesperson Robert said he would get gas put into the car and we could drive on the interstate as I had requested. The car? had mechanical issues we did not know until we drove it the next day. 4. GPS - Mandoe Riad required me to pay $710 on top of the car price at the moment we were signing finance agreement. I was NOT told of this before the credit was pulled. It was in the final moments and I had to ask, "What is this $710." 5. Carfax? history was not given to us until we were actually driving away with the car to go home. It reported several major repairs in the last year. For many reasons,? I and others are frequently put into these compromising? situations. After a person spends 4 to 6 hours at a car dealership you are tired, hungry and confused from all the negotiating and different car models?. I was NOT left alone with my wife for more than, maybe, 10 minutes. You don't realize the tactics until it's over and you see the pattern of behavior for what it is. Once you have a moment to reflect you see that you were skillfully herded into an agreement you could not back out? of. We had to have a car the next day or risk losing our jobs. We did not think it would be this bad. More

Beware, horrible experience! I was shopping for an Acura on the internet and found what we were looking for at STG. I called and got a hold of Andrew and he answered all my questions. I am from Idaho and was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. After telling Andrew I was interested he transferred me over to his boss Kal. Kal said he would make things easier for me and deliver the car to Las Vegas airport so I wouldn't have to pay sales tax in California. In the mean time I could never get anyone to send a purchase order to my loan officer, I later found out that's because they wanted me to finance thru them. After confirming they would deliver this car to the airport I then purchased non-refundable tickets to Las Vegas for $600 for that Saturday. I made several calls to the staff and could never get in touch with anyone most of the time. I started feeling uneasy and got a call from STG explaining they could not deliver the car and I would have to pick it up from the lot. This would cost me even more money and I felt betrayed at this time. I backed out of the deal and never received an apology from no one. They will sure call you back when you want to give them money but you'll never here from them again once they know your upset. I was out $600 and a lot of time wasted, I would not recommend doing business with STG at all! More
