Went above and beyond to make me happy Dropped their price almost 2400 and the next day still negotiated a few more off the top after the deal was finalized because I still wasn't happy. They stayed late into the night to rework their prices several times until I was comfortable with the deal. Now for the bad. This place will lure you in with lower prices than competition and then hit you with hidden fees not discussed on the sticker or websites. You show up and they show you a car that isn't what you showed up for. However, it was worth all the negotiation. They have some of the most immaculate vehicles in the southern half of California hands down. All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I have Joseph to thank for that. This car might as well be brand new and at a greatly discounted price. More
