Poorly managed, lack of time management, too much running back and forth. The culture is a joke, not honoring a deal, lying to the customer. They are doing what will benefit them most but then again it’s a business and they are in it for the $$ not really what’s best for the customer. My visit/experience was poorly handled. I literally had to visit the office 4 times and stay hours wasting my time there. If the associates spent less time yapping and goofing around I feel like my visit could have been a lot better time managed and quick. Was passed around too much, had to deal with many sales me , too many associates involved with my sale process instead of dealing with just one or two people, literally I had to deal with 5 different guys. Tip: apply for your own loan, I’m 1000% sure you will get a lower interest rate rather than going through the dealerships finance companies. I saved 2.5 pts applying for my own separate loan after checking what percentage rate the dealership was offering me. ... I had gone into the stg Montclair lot after viewing a car I had been interested in on truecar. The website said that if I stop by the office there will be a discounted price. I stopped by the office and they got me a whopping 300$ less. Not much but okay. I was planning on trading in my vehicle, sales manager Andrew Saaman was assisting me and promised me an agreed value for my trade. After signing contracts and documents, Andrew had backed down on his word as soon as all paperwork and sale was finalized. He offered me less for the trade after promising me an agreed amount. He teamed me with a separate gentleman and began to deny and lied that he ever agreed upon the amount for my trade in. Also before signing paperwork, Andrew saaman promised that he will order missing interior parts that were missing off the vehicle I purchased. After the purchase, they didn’t decide to replace the parts. Also they gave me the vehicle on a quarter of a tank instead of filling up the tank. I feel like I have been ripped off as well humiliated and called a liar. Also, be careful for added features. Andrew tried to sell me a preinstalled gps auto theft tracking device and window tint for additional price. What they decide to add to the vehicle should be included on the price listed and not hidden additional fees. I didn’t ask for the security theft gps or tinted windows so why charge me for them if dealer decided to preinstall. I asked them to remove the device and window tint and they began to beg that I leave it on for a lower price . It’s like trying to sell me the tires that are on the vehicle separate from the vehicle. Place is a joke. Be cafeful if you decide to purchase from this lot. Very sketchy place.i believe it’s important to build a honest relationship with a customer so they can refer friends and family, but instead as soon as the deal is finalized they back down on their word as agreement, ripping off the customer. I will not be referring this place to anyone. More
