The staff was terrific at this dealership! They were friendly and attentive. We worked with Ara and Caesar. They were both very nice and accommodating. They managed to respect my budget parameters and let me look around the lot and test drive at my pace. I didn’t feel rushed and the paperwork didn’t take a very long time like most other dealerships. I even met with the manager who was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like about this dealership actually had nothing to do with the staff. I didn’t like how the cars automatically come with installed GPS trackers and window tint that they charge you for. I wanted neither of these things on my car and still ended up having to pay for them. Additionally, the cars do not have prices listed on them or even on paperwork posted on the window. You have to search the prices online based on the number on the car. It was just time consuming and inconvenient. Ultimately, I felt like I got a fair deal on the car. The staff was great. I just wish I didn’t have to pay for things on the car that I didn’t want. More

I’m not great at reviews but the amount of care and customer service from STG was amazing. I wasn’t in to buy a GTR but still received quality customer service and to be honest that’s what really sold customer service from STG was amazing. I personally do NOT enjoy looking at cars or for new cars because dealerships tend to overwhelm you trying to make a sale. I did not, at all, feel pressured or anything of that nature.
