I had possession of the Ram 1500 for two weeks... 14 days to be exact. In that two weeks I physically came to the dealership to address some issues that needed fixing and I also spoke to the sales manager An to be exact. In that two weeks I physically came to the dealership to address some issues that needed fixing and I also spoke to the sales manager Andrew Samaan twice in that time period never was there any mention of my loan not being approved. When I showed up for service that Saturday being the 14th day they forcefully took the truck from me. Like I said never was there a mention of my loan not being approved. Then Mark the GM shows me papers which he could not give me because they didn’t state what he was telling me.Apparently after 10 days the dealership has to finance the vehicle if they don’t contact you within the 10 day period which was situation in .my case because we’re on the 14th day. So now I am without a vehicle because I sold my other vehicle and STG has left me in a hardship situation. These guys are full of shit liar’s Don’t ever buy a car from them. More
