My husband and I went in for a specific truck. And we had been pre approved by our bank and they insisted they could get us the same financing. We had a price that we wanted to pay. And when they first gave us an amount it was over what we had planned for. They had told us the price discussed did not include the GPS and the window tint. We refused to pay for window tint. I knew the back windows had either tint or privacy glass. I've seen many bad tint jobs and will not pay a dealer to tint my car unless I know who does the work. They took off the tint price and we still ended up paying a couple dollars more per mo th than we originally planned. But we were tires of sitting there with our kids. So it was either finish or go home without a truck. I called and left a message for the service advisor because I'm supposed to take the truck in for a detail buff job per the due bill. Waiting for my call back. When I put the car seat in the back of the truck I noticed in fact the dealership did not tint the windows. They only have factory tint!!!! They wanted to charge us for something they didn't do. They also gave us a VIP card thats supposed to give 20% off, but I told my husband this morning after seeing the windows I'm not interested in using that card and not interested in buying a car from them again. The truck is nice but i dont appreciate how the dales team handles business. More
