Absolutely terrible. I gave them a deposit over the phone. They sent me a photo of the car. When we arrived in person at the dealer to execute the purchase we realized th I gave them a deposit over the phone. They sent me a photo of the car. When we arrived in person at the dealer to execute the purchase we realized the photo we sent and subsequently negotiating over was different from the photos… a different year and completely different car. I still haven’t received a refund from my deposit nor the confirmation email I was promised to receive “immediately” while in person at the dealer. More

This post will be long but for those that don't have time to read let me sum it up. 3 trips back to them for car problems within 14 days of purchasing my vehicle, car wouldn’t start on 37th day. This dealership and service team are TRASH. They will lie, omit and gaslight you so beware. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. Currently waiting on my attorney to get back to me to see if I have a lawsuit and have been in contact with BBB to see my options. Here goes a little of my story… Daniel (sales guy) Lied from the moment I got there promised me the vehicles I was interested in would be there, only one was. Every vehicle he showed me was dirty except for one. Told me the vehicle I chose was under FULL warranty, it is not(I would have chosen another one). Gave me ONE damaged key to my vehicle AFTER I SIGNED the papers then told me they don’t have another one I would have to purchase one. Did not tell me I had 72 hours to return vehicle if not satisfied. Pretty much disappeared after signing. Alex (sales manager) Honestly, I don’t have a problem with Alex he did his job which is to help close the deal and he did that. By any means necessary. He was just the middleman between Daniel and the finance guy. Joseph (finance dept) Felt like he was being genuine this the whole ordeal but realized it just apart of the sales pitch. Joseph is the first person I contacted when the vehicle started giving me problems TWO DAYS after I got it. I was pissed. We went back and forth on text at times feeling heated, he asked me to bring the vehicle back in. Less than a week after I got the vehicle I’m back at the dealership. I tell Joseph my steering wheel is making a whining noise, there is grinding under the gas pedal, the gas is running out abnormally fast and the car feels like it hesitates or pauses sometimes especially when I accelerate. Mina or Minos (“service director”) I was literally told he was the service the director when I arrived only for Joseph to turn around days later and tell me he isn’t the director. Still never found out his title. He takes me car, claims he test drove the vehicle brought it back and said the whining noise is NORMAL, didn’t feel grinding or hesitation but cleaned my filters so that should help gas. He says if there are any problems “he got me”…Lol I leave after 2 hours with nothing accomplished. My car wouldn’t start 37 days after I bought it, he contacted me after I sent and email. I told him the car was in the shop(day before Thanksgiving), he says “remember I told you I got you” I have heard from him since, that was almost 2 weeks ago. Wendy (service manager?) I don’t know her purpose she does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. She literally could not tell me when my vehicle got its last oil change. Wth? She was supposed to schedule an appt with another dealership because they didn’t have the part my steering wheel needed and get back to me. Never heard from her again…. Remember Mina/Minos telling me my steering wheel sound was NORMAL turns out a week later when I took it back to them the shaft is worn. Soooo he didn’t see that last which further confirms what I believe all along. He never drove my vehicle that day and just thought he could tell me anything. Keep mind this dealership is almost 2 hours away from me with traffic. Maryan (service director) I’m told she’s the service director now. Took her lunch while my car was sitting there ready instead of telling me my vehicle was ready. I’d been there over 4 hours. Proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the part, or the tool needed to fix the problem. That took 4 hours? Claims her service guy didn’t feel any grinding or any hesitation. My car wouldn’t start 15 days later. I emailed her to let her know and guess what she didn’t even have the decency to respond to me…. More
