Buckle up, because this review is a doozy. .. I found a vehicle I was interested in on Cars.com, and submitted an online inquiry. As expected, I was immediately bombarded with emails and text .. I found a vehicle I was interested in on Cars.com, and submitted an online inquiry. As expected, I was immediately bombarded with emails and texts about it, which is pretty standard for all dealerships so I'm not complaining about that. I told the sales rep my total budget including tax / DMV fees, and he texted back "we can work that out come on by lets close this deal" (I have text receipts). My wife and I drove 40 mins to the dealership on Wednesday only to find out that the vehicle wasn't even there when we arrived. At that point, they supposedly called it in from their overflow location and said it would be delivered either later that night or the following day at the latest. So my wife and I drove another 40 mins back home and waited to hear back from them. Fast forward to Friday afternoon, I texted them to get an update and I was told that they still needed to request it to be delivered to their lot. I of course reminded them that they already did that on Wednesday, but I never got a response until the next morning when I received yet another generic email asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. I replied to that email and explained the situation, but I didn't hear back. Fast forward to Sunday, I called to ask what was going on and I was told that one of their other dealerships requested it to be sent over there because apparently some other customer wanted to test drive it. I'm obviously pretty annoyed at this point, so I asked why they didn't keep me informed, and the sales rep said "we aren't obligated to tell you when vehicles are transferred to other lots. It's first come first serve, we can't help that a lot of people are interested in this vehicle"... Ummmmm, what??? First off, I requested a test drive 5 days ago after I wasted my gas and time driving to their lot, only to find that it wasn't even there. And to make matters worse, I was ghosted for days after that and I had to be the one reaching out to them multiple times for updates. And last but not least, anyone can see how long it's been listed for sale and how many times the price has dropped over the past several months, so I'm not sure why the sales rep tried to play mental games about how popular the vehicle apparently is. It's absolutely insane how these dealerships constantly blow up your text and email multiple times a day if you send an inquiry, only to act unprofessional when I actually want to give them my business. Not at all surprised though after reading their other reviews. Stay far away from this place, there are plenty of other dealerships with the same year / model / make vehicles for similar prices, but they actually know how to treat their customers with respect. Horrible experience at this dealer. They mark up used cars with dealer extras like they are new cars. How do you list a used car for 20k and then you see the bill and it’s at 31k. This place is the definition of a shady used car dealership. Don’t waste your time and get suckered in when you see there prices online, you will be highly disappointed when its time to see the bill. Crooked and dishonest, if you enjoy those two things this dealer is for you. More

They added about $5000 to advertised price. Only after threatening to walk out did they adjust to advertised price. Told that it will be 1 week waiting on parts. The service department said the car had been in an accident. The sales department said there had been no accidents. More

We arrived on the Lot and their system said the car was on their lot. They checked and it was actually on their lot in Montclair, 40 miles away. They told us it would take an hour but they would bring it o on their lot. They checked and it was actually on their lot in Montclair, 40 miles away. We asked them to tell the people not to bring it over, we would drive there to buy it there. They said they would cancel the delivery order. We talked to the dealer there and told him what happened. He said he was holding the key and would not let it go. we drive an hour to get there and as we pull up the salesperson said the car was driven off, but he could call the driver and he could turn around and be back in 1/2 hour. we wait 45 minutes and he tells us the car has been delivered to the original lot. we call the original lot and talk to a third salesperson and he says he will hold onto the key (just like the Montclair dealer did) but he assures us by sending a picture of him holding the key with the car behind him. he calls us a few times as we drive another hour back to the original lot to keep us informed and assured. finally, 5 hours after we arrived both us and the car was finally at the same lot. The salesperson there was very helpful. once we go through the entire process he tells us the car was not smog checked, but he would personally do it the next morning (and to his credit he did) so all total. it took 8 hours, 120 miles, 2 days, and 4 visits to their dealerships before we left with the car.
