Weeks later, after multiple follow-ups and unanswered calls, emails, not a single service has been scheduled. The professionalism and attentiveness shown before the sale vanished completely once the paperwork was signed. This neglect reflects a serious failure in customer care and dealership integrity. I urge STG Bellflower’s management to honor their promises and prove that their commitment to customers extends beyond making a sale. Until then, I warn potential buyers—do not be misled by friendly sales tactics that end the moment you drive off the lot. For your own peace of mind, try a different dealership that honors their commitments and takes reviews seriously, has accountability and integrity to provide good after sales service. I had a very positive experience purchasing my Honda Bellflower, Please Honor Your Promises. I’m writing this review with genuine disappointment. I had a very positive experience purchasing my Honda CR-V from STG Bellflower on 01/25/2026, but in less than a month, that satisfaction has turned into deep frustration due to unfulfilled service commitments. During the purchase, Alexis (sales) and Jose (manager) assured me that if I get the deal done that day my vehicle would receive detailing, all scratch/dent touchups and all required fixes that is part of any purchase agreement. The battery from the car keys(remote) died just in 2 weeks after the purchase which they should have already replaced before sales. They had mentioned while signing the paperwork that an email had already been sent to the service team and that I would receive a call within a day or two to schedule the work. Unfortunately, that call never came. Since then, I have personally called more than five or six times, reaching out to different associates, receptionists, and even alternate phone numbers—yet, not one follow-up or scheduling confirmation has been made. Despite my patience and repeated efforts, I’ve received no response or support from the service team. I had my colleague join me for this purchase and witness this deal happening, he was also impressed and actually considering buying his next vehicle from STG Bellflower but now I have to share this overall experience with him, the complete picture of STG Bellflower after sales experience and warn him. It is truly disappointing to see how quickly the attentiveness and care shown before the sale disappeared after the contract was signed. The contrast between their pre-sale enthusiasm and post-sale silence is concerning and reflects poorly on the dealership’s commitment to long-term customer satisfaction. To all readers and potential buyers please be aware of all negative reviews and do not take them lightly else you’ll end up disappointed like I am. I took the time to write this not just out of frustration but out of hope—hope that STG Bellflower’s management and ownership will see this as an opportunity to restore trust. What would you rate a dealership that ruins your entire day, wastes six hours of your life, and flat-out lies to get you through the door? That’s exactly what happened to me. I drove two hours from San Diego to Bellflower after being explicitly offered $22,000 for my car. I even questioned it beforehand because of the long drive. They reassured me and sent me a written offer letter confirming the amount. The moment I arrived? Suddenly, "Oh, that was just an estimate." After wasting two hours driving, they inspected my car and started nitpicking minor, insignificant issues on an otherwise excellent vehicle: They said the upholstery needed a total reupholstering when it just needed a little shampooing. They claimed a very minor dent was a $1,000 fix. They insisted the brake pads and rotors needed replacement, which turned out to be completely false when I had it checked at another shop. Because of these supposed "issues," they tried to slash the offer by another $1,000+. When I called them out, they did the classic "Let me talk to my manager" routine. I spoke to at least five different people, all repeating the same scripted nonsense. They did not honor their written offer. They wasted my entire day. They relied on deception to get me there. I eventually walked out, furious and exhausted. I’m writing this so nobody else makes the same mistake. Be extremely careful. Do not trust their offers. I will say they have a nice inventory of used vehicles, unfortunately even with a maintenance yard 200’ away they seem to poorly maintain and properly fix the vehicles. On 9/25/2025, I made an appointment to buy a Tesla that they listed on cars.com, a 2021 Tesla Model S Plaid, VIN 5YJSA1E63MF441122. Yesterday 9/25/2025, I went into your Bellflower location and waited 4 hours for them to show me the car. First told me that the car is on the way and the car is almost there and 4 hours went by and they never showed me the car. While waiting, they pressured me in running my credit report when I brought a pre-qualified financing offer. The sales told me the reason why the car is not in the lot was because the owner of STG is driving it for his personal reason. "WHAT!!!" why list the car if it is not available?? Why have me come all the way there and keep promising me the car will be there. Sales told me that the owner said if I am not a serious buyer, he won't drop off the car. What in the world is that? Is this some kind of a scam? You know the reviews for this dealer is horrific! Similar experiences. I should have trusted the reviews. Look! If I am not a serious buyer, why the would I run a pre-qualified finance bring the print out and why would I wait 4 hours for the physical car to be dropped off? Why would I let your guys run a hard credit check on my credit when I already had pre-qualified finance offer ready and while I have not even seen the physical car yet?? And yet, I made an appointment this morning (9/26/2025) at 11 and they said the car is not in the lot! The sales told me they will check on a car drop off. And now it is 3pm and still no answer. I was looking at tesla Norwalk dealer, Newport Fisker on deals. I drove all the way from Anaheim to Bellflower spent 4 hours yesterday, had you run a hard credit check, and another waiting to hear back from the sales all day. By the way, what kind of a owner is that. When he knows a serious buyer is waiting 4 hours to buy the car and the next day all day. How is he still driving a car around when the car is listed for sale?” The next day Saturday, 9/27/2025, a sales person named Matt calls me and apologizes and asked me what I want. I said, I want to know what they are going to do to compensate me for my time, credit check, and all the stress that they put me through in the way of one, price of the car, two, offer on my trade in value of my 2021 Mercedes-Benz S580. All he can tell me was that they can give me zero down payment and lowest interest rate. I said I have $31,000 equity on my Mercedes-Benz, zero down pay is not a value to me. And essentially they did not offer anything of value to me. And yet Matt told me to come down to the dealership. They still did not confirm that the car is even physically there in the lot either. I ended up purchasing another Tesla from the Newport Fisker dealership. More

They had a post online about a 2022 Tesla S for $41,485. I called, and they said it was available. I told them I had my own loan and didn’t want a credit check. I scheduled an appointment for a 2018 Land Rover Discovery with Miles, but upon arrival, a man named Thomas, who looked like he couldn’t care less, blocked me at the entrance like a nightclub bouncer, interrogated who I was meeting, and marched me to a cabin. After 15 minutes of pointless waiting, Thomas told us the car had already been sold — even though he had just texted and called me an hour earlier, practically begging me to come in. He didn’t introduce himself, didn’t offer help, and DISRESPECTED my entire family, demanding we leave like we were criminals trespassing on their lot. Days later, manager Allen (“Mo”) and Miles called to apologize profusely, insisting the car was there and inviting us back. Desperate to give them a chance, I convinced my dad to go. We showed up on time, but Allen made us stand around like idiots for 30 minutes before dumping us on a clueless salesperson who knew nothing about our appointment. Next, we were sent to finance guy Kevin, who showed us on his computer that three Discoveries were available, but then vanished to “check” — only to return moments later saying they were all magically sold. When I demanded to see Allen, he appeared 10 minutes later feigning shock, double-checked inventory with a fake sense of urgency, then dragged us outside into the heat to show us a Discovery so caked in dust it looked like it had been abandoned in the desert. He claimed it was “in service” but couldn’t even explain what was wrong with it. No test drive, no honesty, no professionalism – just empty words, time-wasting, and blatant lies. This dealership doesn’t know what’s in its own inventory, uses bait-and-switch tactics, and treats customers with arrogance and utter disrespect.
