I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this dealership. Lorena is a liar! They only tell you what you want to hear. Will never purchase another vehicle from this dishonest place. Spok from this dealership. Lorena is a liar! They only tell you what you want to hear. Will never purchase another vehicle from this dishonest place. Spoke to "Manager," who said they take care of things, but never heard back. More

And they said that they wouldn’t run my credit because I ha have not called me back as promised!!! Will never recommend buying a car from this place. I came in looking for a newer Toyota Camry with a strict budget. I told them this over the phone and made it clear I wasn’t going to budge. They promised they could work with me and they did. They were able budget. I told them this over the phone and made it clear I wasn’t going to budge. They promised they could work with me and they did. They were able to get me financed on an 2022 Toyota Camry XSE in immaculate condition and overall my experience was pretty smooth. My first time going to a used car dealership in decades, glad I gave them a shot. Way better deal than new nowadays. More
Let me put this simply, THESE PEOPLE ARE xxxx. I responded to an Autotrader listing for a 2022 Lexus that I was handling for a close friend who hates the whole process of buying a car and received I responded to an Autotrader listing for a 2022 Lexus that I was handling for a close friend who hates the whole process of buying a car and received a classic "bait and switch experience" from STG Auto Group in Bellflower. I saw the car, which was fine, and agreed to buy it. After a couple of verbal requests for an extra key fob and the car's books I was told that I could buy the car at the posted price, no requested items, but without any dealer add-ons, as I'd insisted. (A euphemism for grossly overpriced items of no real value added to the advertised price). Nothing on paper materialized but I was told that the contract would be emailed to me for my approval before it was overnighted to my friend for signature and immediate return with payment. This didn't happen although my salesman told me that everything was on track and supposedly in progress. I eventually emailed the store manager through the dealership's customer service email address to outline the problems I was having. While I never got a reply from him I did get a text from a "Sales Manager" drawing my attention to the various general disclaimers in the advertisement for the car and letting me know that they would sell me the car without add-ons for exactly $2,000 more than the advertised price! I'm ashamed to say that I didn't realize that I was being scammed until then as I was under the impression that this type of behavior had been outlawed by the Federal Trade Commission. In total I wasted some three days trying to chase paperwork that would never arrive plus driving nearly two hundred miles before learning that the C.A.R.S. act wasn't yet in effect having been held up for Judicial Review. If and when this act comes into force it will hopefully put this type of dealership out of business once and for all. More

Buckle up, because this review is a doozy. .. I found a vehicle I was interested in on Cars.com, and submitted an online inquiry. As expected, I was immediately bombarded with emails and text .. I found a vehicle I was interested in on Cars.com, and submitted an online inquiry. As expected, I was immediately bombarded with emails and texts about it, which is pretty standard for all dealerships so I'm not complaining about that. I told the sales rep my total budget including tax / DMV fees, and he texted back "we can work that out come on by lets close this deal" (I have text receipts). My wife and I drove 40 mins to the dealership on Wednesday only to find out that the vehicle wasn't even there when we arrived. At that point, they supposedly called it in from their overflow location and said it would be delivered either later that night or the following day at the latest. So my wife and I drove another 40 mins back home and waited to hear back from them. Fast forward to Friday afternoon, I texted them to get an update and I was told that they still needed to request it to be delivered to their lot. I of course reminded them that they already did that on Wednesday, but I never got a response until the next morning when I received yet another generic email asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. I replied to that email and explained the situation, but I didn't hear back. Fast forward to Sunday, I called to ask what was going on and I was told that one of their other dealerships requested it to be sent over there because apparently some other customer wanted to test drive it. I'm obviously pretty annoyed at this point, so I asked why they didn't keep me informed, and the sales rep said "we aren't obligated to tell you when vehicles are transferred to other lots. It's first come first serve, we can't help that a lot of people are interested in this vehicle"... Ummmmm, what??? First off, I requested a test drive 5 days ago after I wasted my gas and time driving to their lot, only to find that it wasn't even there. And to make matters worse, I was ghosted for days after that and I had to be the one reaching out to them multiple times for updates. And last but not least, anyone can see how long it's been listed for sale and how many times the price has dropped over the past several months, so I'm not sure why the sales rep tried to play mental games about how popular the vehicle apparently is. It's absolutely insane how these dealerships constantly blow up your text and email multiple times a day if you send an inquiry, only to act unprofessional when I actually want to give them my business. Not at all surprised though after reading their other reviews. Stay far away from this place, there are plenty of other dealerships with the same year / model / make vehicles for similar prices, but they actually know how to treat their customers with respect.
