Daniel, My name is Randy Hylok I am the sales manager at S&L Motors. First of all I would like to send you another apology in regards to your purchase experience at our dealership. On 1/05/2015 you received an email from the dealership thanking you for your business and please feel free to call me anytime should questions or concerns ever arise. On 1/16/15 Dan Kwilinski your salesperson sent you an apology in regards to your experience and was looking forward to a response from you at that time. We did not receive any reply from you in either case. I understand you frustration, as your time is valuable. We need to be more efficient even during busy times like we experienced the day you were at our dealership. We have reviewed the events of that day with our entire staff to make sure that all customers are served in a timely fashion, and have added another full time business manager and salesperson. I will make an effort to find your old plates and give you an update on them. I appreciate the feedback you have provided to the dealership. Ok, sorry for the delay however I did not receive notification of your responses. I did not receive any type of apology from anyone at S&L motors, I received a very generic email stating: "Hello Dan and A*****, I just wanted to touch base with you to say thank you once again for your purchase. I enjoyed working with both of you and would like to apologize for the delay's during processing your sale. Thank you for your patience in getting the car you wanted. Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions or problems and I will be happy to assist you.
