Loving our Challenger Jacob Waters was great to work with,would ask for him when looking for a vehicle at S&L. He took the time to show us a Mustang we were looking at, the Jacob Waters was great to work with,would ask for him when looking for a vehicle at S&L. He took the time to show us a Mustang we were looking at, then when we decided it wasn't what we were looking for, he showed us the Challenger. Unfortuantly NOT Good! We had one other experience with S & L a few years ago that was ok. It wasn't bad like most dealerships can be so we decided to go back. We thought th We had one other experience with S & L a few years ago that was ok. It wasn't bad like most dealerships can be so we decided to go back. We thought this was our place to always come to buy vehicles now and it was our second time back. Unfortuantly the customer service was terrible from Ben. We felt rushed out of his office when another customer came into the dealership and the communication after we left with phone calls was nonexistent. I will not recommend S & L to anyone and will never came back after this! More

Service Dept. Be Careful ! I took my 2014 Ram in for a oil change and they told me several things that that needed to be done soon . Trusting that they were telling me the thr I took my 2014 Ram in for a oil change and they told me several things that that needed to be done soon . Trusting that they were telling me the thruth I scheduled to have them done with my next oil change . A couple of the items were a tune up,4 x 4 service, and a air filter. My truck had only 35,000 miles on at the time. After having everything done that they said needed to be done I checked my owners manual and found out most of the items shouldn't have been done until 120,000 miles. The only one that was recommended was the air filter at that mileage.. i should of questioned the repairs right away . My advice is be very careful when dealing with there service dept. More
