Amazing! Jake was amazing! It was a great experience. They had planned on replacing the back brakes before I showed up to look at the car, and instead of just Jake was amazing! It was a great experience. They had planned on replacing the back brakes before I showed up to look at the car, and instead of just sending me on my way with the old ones after I signed papers like any shady dealership would've done, they actually took the time to replace them. I ended up not being able to take the car home that day, so they set me up with a loaner vehicle, replaced ALL of the brakes for me AND filled up the gas tank for any "inconvenience." This guy seriously went above and beyond! The car drives like a dream! Wouldn't expect anything less out of a Dodge, though! Will be taking my business to S&L again for the next car! Thank you so much! More
