The air conditioning problem was fixed and I’m VERY grateful for that. We asked that a knocking noise be checked as well. I was advised they checked the parts and drove the vehicle and heard nothing. I’m unclear how this could not have been heard. Rob did say if the noise continued, he would ride with us to see if he could hear it - which I do appreciate. I’m just nervous to drive the suburban and can’t figure out how it wasn’t heard. More
