Nothing was fixed Drop my brand new Silverado off there had a lift kit put on it the steering wheel slightly off... when I went in there I told him that the steering wh Drop my brand new Silverado off there had a lift kit put on it the steering wheel slightly off... when I went in there I told him that the steering wheel was slightly off and that I just had a 3-inch lift put on it and that I needed the steering wheel recalibrated.. I pick my truck up and it was the same way and he said I thought you said it was fighting you when you were driving it which I never said that make sure you explain in very detail and make sure they're listening to what you want done or you might get something done that you didn't want or something completely different.. waste of my time and money More

This Made Our Day. We were greeted by Victoria Swalley when we arrived. We thought we would just check S&K out since we were just looking. She made us feel at ease and We were greeted by Victoria Swalley when we arrived. We thought we would just check S&K out since we were just looking. She made us feel at ease and took the time to show us several models, colors, and years. She made us feel at ease and with no pressure. After showing us the Buick Enclave and seeing all the bells and whistles, we decided to take the weekend to review what we really wanted. There was no pressured phone calls, for which we were quite happy. When we went back on Monday and met with Victoria, we made the decision to purchase because there was no pressure to confirm a sale. When we need to car shop again, S&K and Victoria will be the people we return to. More

Friendly and relaxing environment at S&K Buick GMC I went to S&K Buick to look at for a car after my car got totaled in a wreck. Bart Yeske came up to me and introduced himself and I told him what I wa I went to S&K Buick to look at for a car after my car got totaled in a wreck. Bart Yeske came up to me and introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for. Within minutes he helped me find what I was looking for but what I noticed we could talk like we knew each other for years. He made me feel relaxed and I felt I could trust what he spoke about the car. We talked and had a few laughs about life (his and mine). He is a real nice gentleman and so is Dan Stewart. The two of them made me and my wife feel like we were important and as if we knew them forever. We were really relaxed around them. Bart made us feel like he was there to really help us find what we wanted, not to push any kind of car our way. I am a retired letter-carrier of 20yrs and my wife is a retire Nurses Tech of 45yrs.We both think Bart Yeske is one of best salesman around. If I have to get another car I will be coming back to S&K BUICK and be asking for Bart Yeske! More

Class Act from start to finish. So glad I bought locally! I have always heard of the solid reputation of S&K GMC for years as many members of my family have purchased vehicles there but I had not. I work in sales so I am pretty hard to please but S&K went above and beyond my expectations. I want to personally thank my salesman Mr. Lyle Flach and the Sales Manager Mr. John Lynch for their fantastic customer service, their patience, and their attention to detail. I would definitely recommend their team to anyone looking for a GMC Truck! More
