Overall I had a pretty positive experience, working mostly with Lacey. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The one issue I had was that the RADIO was not working, which was noticed on the date of mostly with Lacey. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The one issue I had was that the RADIO was not working, which was noticed on the date of purchase, and brought to their attention immediately. They spent less than 5 minutes trying to remedy the problem before just giving up and suggesting I subscribe to Sirius radio because the AM-FM bands were not working at all. I live 100 miles from the dealership so "swinging by" to have this issue fixed is really not a great option. I was disappointed that this issue was not checked and fixed before the vehicle was sold, but also very disappointed in their unwillingness to work to try to solve the issue just 2 weeks after. Telling me basically to either PAY for the repair myself or take an ENTIRE day to make a 6 hour round trip so they can "check it out". I honestly think that this issue SHOULD have been fixed BEFORE the day I came to pick the vehicle up. They should check EVERYTHING to make ensure that things work that should. My advice: Stay away from this dealership. Not only were we cheated over with a clunker ,but they didn't care answering my calls at all. They did reach out only after an honest review, worrying SOLELY about the "bad review". Then we were offered $500 to trade in the car, but why is that ??? The cars trade in value would have been a lot more.It was because they KNEW they sold me a car that was a complete junk. Carfax showed no problems vs Auto check did reveal a cracked frame making the car non tradable. It's ok to sell all kinds of cars, but if they are not road worthy, then don't sell them as such. Advising me to sell the car to another individual was also a red flag!!! They obviously have no problem selling cars they get from auctions even if they are hazardous,put a band aid on it , hoping it holds until the new happy owners drive off the car lot. Then ,it's no longer their problem.😞 More
