You sent us loads of coupons so we traveled 40 min for what we were told was oil change and tire rotation. You would only apply one of the many coupons sent and we paid $250 for this service. More

Hi Eric. I responded to you 11 days ago directly but I haven't heard back. In case you missed that email, I wrote the following: What you can do is retroactively apply some of these coupons and refund some of our money. There were two for oil and filter change, one for tire rotation, one wild card, one for replacing the cabin air filter and one birthday coupon. I appreciate your reaching out and look forward to a happy resolution.
