The Service reps were wonderful. Very helpful and considerate. However, the work done was sloppy. I was having the Takata airbag replaced. After I picked up the car and got it home, the button on th considerate. However, the work done was sloppy. I was having the Takata airbag replaced. After I picked up the car and got it home, the button on the dashboard that pops open the trunk wouldn't work. I brought it back and they fixed it. the next day I realized that the glove box door wasn't operating properly so I had to bring the car back again, and it was fixed. the people were great but I should not have had to go back to the Service Center twice for problems that resulted from a recall resolution. More

From the moment I arrived at Rye Subaru, I was treated with friendliness, professionalism and respect. Although I arrived early, my car was taken in immediately, and I had zero wait time before I was seen with friendliness, professionalism and respect. Although I arrived early, my car was taken in immediately, and I had zero wait time before I was seen by a service administrator. I was literally in and out of the office in less than 5 minutes. a couple of hours later, I was contacted by the office to ask if it was ok with me to patch a tire that had developed a slow leak, and I greatly appreciated being asked before the work was done. Rye Subaru's Service Department is as good as their Sales department. And this is why when I needed a new car, I didn't think twice about going to them for help, and I will always work with them for all of my future Subarus! More
