I was told when I made the appointment to come in at 8am to fix my electronics and that I would be out by 9. When I arrived at 8am, the rep told me that it was impossible for the car to be ready by 9am. I to fix my electronics and that I would be out by 9. The last time I had a service, I was told there were no computers to fix my electronics. My car is 2 years old and has never worked right. Likely I'll look elsewhere when my lease is up. More

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received, and appreciated the recommended service repairs, however I was disappointed that this dealership does not allow customers to wait for their received, and appreciated the recommended service repairs, however I was disappointed that this dealership does not allow customers to wait for their vehicles, also the multi-point inspection was not very accurate. I had a blown fog light, and no mention was made about that, or recommendations to replace it. More
