Came in for service, terrible service. I brought my vehicle in for service Thursday, I left it at 0833am, at 1702pm I called because I was awaiting a call all day to pick up my vehicle I brought my vehicle in for service Thursday, I left it at 0833am, at 1702pm I called because I was awaiting a call all day to pick up my vehicle. I was very frustrated when they stated I called two minutes too late, as serviced closed at 1700. The next day I called back and they initially stated they did not have my vehicle, which was not true as it was located in their parking lot, about an hour later they called and stated they found it. The vehicle remained untouched from 10am till around 1300. When I picked it up, the price was almost $100 over the quoted price. That wasn’t the most frustrating part. I was annoyed because I work overnight from 2200 to 10am. I needed to take an Uber from the bx to BK because of miscommunication. Costing me over $100 each way. Not a good job. I was not happy, I’m sorry, this was a terrible job. More
