We didn't have a good experience unfortunately, and this is despite the fact that I bought the car from Rye Ford. My car broke Wednesday evening in the middle of the road, and I had the car towed to Rye For is despite the fact that I bought the car from Rye Ford. When I called before they closed, Glenn said that I didn't have an appointment and that's why the car was not inspected. I asked him how I could have made an appointment, I didn't know the car would break obviously. He then said he would call me the next day. Then another person called on Friday to make an appointment. I told him the car was already there, and then he said they would call me after they inspect the car. No one called that day, on Saturday someone called again to tell me they still didn't inspect the car. Then they called me again Monday, said the alternator belt broke, which I already knew because I saw it when I opened the hood. Glenn said the car would be ready Tuesday, but it was finally fixed Wednesday. It is obviously very disappointing to have this kind of service. I was definitely thinking that my next 2 cars would be a Ford or Subaru from Rye Ford/Subaru; but now I am definitely thinking that they won't be. More
