Brought car in for 5 recalls to be done and nothing else. Was told it would be 5-6 hours it ended up being over night. They also did an oil change that I didn’t ask to have done and I explained that to them, Was told it would be 5-6 hours it ended up being over night. The lady that my daughter went to check in with was rude and told her to just wait by the car. So after 15 minutes of waiting she went in again after many others with out appointments we helped. She went back in and got the same response. After waiting an added 15 minutes a service writer came out and took care of the check in. I won’t be back. More

One of the things that sticks in my mind was the owners demand that I pay an additional 5,000.00 "in stock fee" for the car I had to settle for that they had in stock because the original purchaser cancelled her/his order. All said this Dealership is not the place purchase a vehicle that has a MSRP of 144K that you end up paying them 180K+ for, with improperly installed dealer options that are damaged, vehicle neglect inside and out (they left the windows open in a humid environment and the water stained the inside of the windshield that you can't get to now without taking the windshield out!) and an owner/mgmt who won't even speak to you! More
